The cookie tasted exactly how I like them: thick, rich, and full of chocolate forward bites and Everything was so flavorful and delicious. While addressing a situation with one of her employees, she spoke to her in a harsh, condescending tone. The issue at hand was that important information hadn't been relayed to the employee, yet Jaylyn chose to blame her rather than take responsibility for not communicating it properly in the first place. It's frustrating to see a manager treat both customers and staff this way. If there are communication breakdowns, the focus should be on improving the flow of information, not attacking those affected by it!!! I also wanted to shout out Aubrey, she was so polite to me the entire time I was in the bulding (unlike the acting manager). She made me feel so welcomed and it was really having such a kind employee there!
