I cannot be more ecstatic about putting up lights in time for the holiday season!!! Josh and his crew were professional and courteous. Josh started to hang the lights and noticed my gutters filled with debris so he offered to clean them for me (for a small fee of course but it was worth it)! There were so much debris!!! Once he and his team were done with cleaning the gutters, they continued with hanging the lights. Josh was so meticulous. He recommended that I hang the lights along the side eaves so that I can see the lights when I drive up from the side streets (genius)! I also asked him to wrap the bushes with lights and wished I would have taken his suggestions to wrap every bush instead of every other bush. Oh wells - I'll definitely do it next year!! Finally, no only did they do the great job with the lights, they also made sure my house was left in a clean state. I'm definitely going to be a loyal customer going forward. read more

We have never used this company's services, so this review is specifically about our experience trying to get a quote. We submitted a quote request more than five days ago and also called the company directly, but we never received a response or any follow-up. Unfortunately, there was no answer at all. For a company providing professional services, we expected at least a response acknowledging our request, even if they were unable to take on the job. The lack of communication was disappointing and did not give us confidence in their professionalism or reliability. I needed some guidance assisting a friend who is having configuration/set-up issues and I contacted SLE today. Nathan answered promptly and, after I explained there problem, told me that, while he was not familiar with the brand of lights being used, nonetheless would contact fellow installers who does have experience with brand and then get back to me with updates. He was a man of his word and did all of that, almost unbelievable in this day, but Nathan is the real deal. This has been my 3rd year with Santa's lighting experts. They did icicles around the lining of our house, wrap around our gate, and wrapped 3 trees. We had reindeers and candy canes which they set up and take down for us every year. Last year during the rain, the lights kept tripping and as promised they came to fix it within 24-48 hours! Nathan, Josh and Dino were an excellent resource for our Christmas lighting needs. They accommodated a last minute request, with a reasonable price, and some pretty big asks. We had to have them put up the lights while someone was sick and sleeping in the house, and they were overly kind and accommodating about my big asks for them to be extra quiet in how they set it up. I might've been a little annoying and I appreciated Dino especially because not only was he so patient with me but he also executed the work quietly enough that no one woke up! UPDATE: THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. I personally inquired for a quote and they quoted a $1000 MINIMUM. That isn't fake, that is 100% real. Obviously I did not make the mistake of hiring these scam artists given the outrageous pricing, but a company's quoted prices are 100% a valid and reviewable aspect of a business. ADDITIONALLY: This company did NOT reach out to me via direct messages. That is a straight up LIE. There is NOTHING in my inbox. So for them to make such a claim is further evidence of their dishonest practices. I implore the owner accusing me of posting a fake review to actually look at Yelps terms of service before launching such an accusation.
