In fact, I was making my mind up between 2 and I asked one of the girls which she would pick (I had a piece of my floor and my sink with me). She picked the lesser expensive one which was my first pick from the start. That's hard to find in businesses these days. They wanted to see me happy and not try to squeeze every penny out of me. He offered us a $200 refund on a $1300 order. Instead of offering good customer service, he just wanted to move past his mistake and not fix it. I've given the owner at least one month to fix the situation, but he has not responded or tried to fix his mistake. Very unsatisfied and regretful to order from 1-800-4-blinds! Buyer beware!
