We have used Leonardo's in the past with no problem. However, our most recent purchase has not gone well. We had our faucets when they measured and they drilled the holes wrong so our faucets did not fit. We did not want to go through the trouble to get a new countertop redone so they helped us pick new faucets that would work. The new faucets were ordered and now one of the two is on back order for a TBD period of time. We are the ones who have to follow up on status (should not be that way). I know other issues have occurred there recently so someone needs to step up and fix the problem. read more

Recently worked with Leonardo's for my kitchen renovation and am very happy with how it all turned out. They by far had one of the best selections around. Other local stone retailers had large warehouses but multiple rows of the exact same stone. I was thrilled to find a vast selection at Leonardo's. I guess i should've looked on here for reviews vs google.. Would not recommend. The whole experience was a nightmare. The miscommunication. The lack of pricing being straight forward and what I was getting was a joke. I should've cancelled the whole project. The quote doesn't break anything down. I went back and forth with deciding what I wanted and was told the one I picked was the cheaper granite than the other option but then got charged more because they had to cut it from a bigger slab yet "you only pay for what you use". I asked if I could get any left over that I paid for and i got offered a cutting board with my sink cut out. I was told they will make it as big as they can. The cut out was 17x28" and what I got was a 10x12 sample...the whole experience seemed off and somewhat shady. I have never plaid in full before a service was even started, but i guess thats how they do things. The bathroom countertop that i cancelled, the sink that i was told would work, come to find out doesn't have enough room for a faucet so i ordered a new sink and vanity because i didn't want a smaller sink. They wanted to charge another re measure for $150 so a 40" piece of granite was over $800. Never again. read more

Still arguing with this company. They literally are stating that they "installed" the countertop. They are taking no responsibility for the water damages caused when their employees removed the faucet without any permission, as well as no insurance to do so! I have had to argue through my credit card, as well as now file a claim with the BBB. Do not use this company! This dispute has been going on since Feb and it looks as though I will have to sue them to have them do the right thing. Funny they have no response to this! It's because everything I am writing is factual! This is a terrible company that has no regard for their customer and doing the right thing if their employees screw up!! The repairs to my house have cost more than the countertops! **update- after no response with the Better Business Bureau as their contract stated they would go through, I had to take them to small claims court AND WON. Very pleased with my experience with Leonardo's from start to finish. There is obviously teamwork going on within this establishment. Upon entering the store for the first time, I was warmly greeted by Dmitriy within seconds. He thoroughly explained the pros/cons of quartz vs. granite, and made sure I understood that plumbing is not included (which is also explained in the contract you sign). Hana called the same day to schedule the measurements, which took place within a week. With Sebastian's accurate measurements, the installation by Aaron and Luke was perfect. They made sure everything was level, seams and caulking were flawless, no mess left behind, and they were very polite. read more

Price is great, material great, laser measurement, install was all great. The only hiccup was I purchased a slab thinking it was going to be more affordable. I was debating if I was going to do a kitchen island or a small bathroom with the remaining slab. Remodeling a kitchen is so time consuming bc you have to do the floors before an island. But in the end we realized don't need an island. Granted I did take over a year bc remodeling is time consuming and expensive. In that time they sold my remaining slab and I had to pay for bathroom quartz again (I don't mind for install). So I paid 2xs. It doesn't seem right when I paid more for a slab, they sold my remainder, and I still went to them to remodel. They made money 3xs. I do highly recommend them. I just wanted to warn if you have a remaining piece just know it's only 6 month hold or you should deposit so they know you are planning to use it. Bc I just assumed they held it till your next job bc I saw so many remaining pieces on the wall. Basically a lot of ppl are buying slabs too and not realizing it will get sold read more

Initial sales visit was good, with wide selection of materials. Order write up could have been better. Obvious miscommunication, near the end of the work day. Came in to pay balance one week before install and clarified that bathroom vanity was to remain. i just wanted new sinks and countertop, even though order said "Vanity tearout.". My contractor disconnected plumbing, removed backsplash, and completely loosened countertop so no effort was needed to remove other than lifting light laminate. i received voicemail from Leonardo's that there were problems on my end, that plumbing wasn't disconnected (untrue), and that they wouldn't remove countertop. I then called and spoke to a project manager who admonished me for not knowing that vanity and countertop are of the same meaning. I offered to pay to have countertop carried outside and she kept arguing. Note to those working in customer service: Listen without interrupting, do not be argumentative, use critical thinking to solve problems, be willing to compromise when a problem can be easily solved, be kind. intallation subcontractors were kind, professional, and quick. Five stars to them. Leonardo's just lost a 3-time repeat customer because customer service is atrocious. read more

Leonardo's did an okay job on our kitchen counters. The seams between pieces quartzite were not as smooth or seamless as one would have liked...... Overall, it was okay. BUT.... the post-job customer service was NOT GOOD AT ALL. If you think you might need work accomplished AFTER the install, be warned: not good at all. read more

I have used Leonardo's for granite in my kitchen and outdoor kitchen and for quartz in my bathroom. Ermal has helped me every time and has gone the distance to make sure it is perfect. Everyone is awed by the beautiful stone when they come over. I have shopped around and the selection they have is beautiful. They are not the cheapest but you will get the best quality and laser cuts that we have seen. I can not even see the seems and my neighbors have turned it into a game to try to find them. I just used Leonardo's Marble and Granite for my new quartz kitchen counter tops and had the best experience and that says a lot because I am very hard to please. Monica was very easy to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable. I was also impressed with the amount of stone to choose from. They used top of the line laser measuring equipment so that the counters fit snugly against your walls. The person who measured our counters was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing - there was absolutely no mistakes made. Laser measuring is EVERYTHING, especially if you have an older house and uneven walls. We used Marble and Granite Works for our granite counters in the basement and they did not use laser measuring. Because the measuring was so bad, they had to heavily caulk between the walls and granite counter as there was 1/4 inch gaps all the way around. They were very unprofessional to deal with - you can read my review on them. Awful company. Anyway, back to this review: The installers at Leonardo were also very professional and efficient... and nice! I was very pleased at where the seam was placed - basically invisible. We were surprised that our laundry room counter was installed in 1 piece too as it was so large I thought for sure there would be a seam. Our contractors waited to paint the walls where the counters were being installed as we knew there may be some damage from installation because they are so tightly fitted to the wall. I was very surprised that there was absolutely no damage to the kitchen walls. There was a few spots in the laundry room because it was installed in 1 piece and was so fitted so well against the walls. The installers offered to fix the walls before they left and I thought that was so generous. When they left - everything was PERFECT! I will definitely recommend this company to anyone who is needing new counters. A+ company and we will be using them for our next project - the master bath! read more

Leonardo's showed up with my granite countertops with the incorrect edging cut! The work order clearly showed the correct edge but somehow this made it from their shop floor to the truck to me without any quality control. I feel that either they did know the mistake and sent anyway or just have no checks in place to verify that a correct order is going out the door. When I told the installer and his assistant (one of their sales staff), the installer was professional and indicated that he would take out the granite but the sales guy was pressuring me that they had no more of this color in the showroom and it would be another 3 weeks and the edging error was an upgrade. The small ledge that was later brought in was cut in the correct ordered edging...needed to be cut to match the incorrectly cut countertops. This was on a Wednesday - the installer said the shelf would take 30 minutes to install - I do not think a week later is acceptable. I should not have accepted the order in hindsight and should have made Leonardo's provide the correct cut edging of my granite countertops. This is only a win for them as they do not have to scrap the granite. If my kitchen reno had not already been 2 months behind (due to poor contractor) then I think my decision would have been different. If this happens to you; do not accept anything but what you ordered or you will regret it as I have. read more
