The technician was the only kind person, who apologized for the "train wreck" as he called it and said that my daughter was never registered correctly. Bizarre that we were so fallen through the cracks for 2 hours!!!!

But please let me reassure you to not always believe what you hear and read online etc. I had a low risk pregnancy, and birth. So my baby didn't need a NICU stay. Which is something this hospital doesn't offer. So if you need a nicu or picu unit for the birth of your child. I would recommend delivering somewhere else. The staff was amazing. All the nurses were so attentive in Labor & Delivery. Everything was honestly as it should be. I also had to take our newborn to the Lab downstairs for a couple heal pricks and it was easy to find, in and out within a couple mins. I also really liked the little cafe they had downstairs. They made me French toast before being admitted and it was delicious.

I even have the certification showing the check was cashed. Packed our things up and went down the street to IHC . They treated us like royalty. Our family has been patients at Tri City for 20 years. It sad. The Doctors are great at Tri City. They need to fire their billing department if they want to keep their clients.

I was called back immediately after arriving, which was a good sign. I changed into the gown, was walked to the area outside the MRI room, and then waited over 40 minutes before actually going in. I was quickly processed by the receptionists and screened for insurance information. I was then taken to "the back" and brought to an exam room. The nurse who assisted me was Jessica and she was very friendly. After taking my vitals and a short wait, PA Mark came in. He was honestly great. He explained to me the various renditions of a cold that I could be experiencing. He also thoroughly discussed the benefits of getting a flu shot with me, which I appreciated because I'm a proud annual recipient of the flu shot. Another nurse then came in to swab me for a Covid/flu test. All came back negative, thankfully. I didn't expect or want to need to access healthcare while on my trip, but this urgent care made it easy and quick--I was in and out in about an hour. I hope not to need their services next time I'm in the SLC area, but if I do, I know I'd be in good hands.

It was due to a birth control and I wanted answers about what I needed to do and if a different birth control would be better. The phone reception is awful and takes forever to get a hold of anyone. Then I was told several times my doctor or a nurse was going to call me back and I never got a call. This kind of back and forth went on for a week (after I was already experience this issue for 2 weeks). I don't like being treated like I don't matter and like my medical questions are just going to get pushed to the side. The incision was made too large for the replacement which caused an infection and the nexplannon to slip out. After this incident I still continued with my care through them. I had it placed in my other arm. It comes time to get it replaced again beginning March of this year. When replacing it they had informed me the one being replaced had migrated a bit. After the replacement I noticed you can see the nexplannon bulging through the skin (too close to the surface) with an ache ive never experienced. I called with my concern and after 3 calls back my answer was that this is normal and to take ibuprofen and Tylenol. I knew this wasnt right as this is now my 4th time having it placed. I work in healthcare myself and had one of our Nurse Practitioners take a look. She stated to make an appointment ASAP and get it out. I will not return to legacy as I have felt unheard and pushed to the side. I have made an appointment with Dr. Jensen in Salt Lake City to take over my care. Legacy please do better.

One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had…read more We brought my young daughter in with throat pain, chills, and visible spots on the back of her throat. The doctor by the name of Marshall Willis came in extremely rushed and did not examine her properly. He did not check her ears and did not even look at her throat. The only thing he did was a nasal swab for COVID. When we asked whether the swab also tested for strep, he explicitly told us yes and said the strep test was negative. He then dismissed us and told us to give her Tylenol. Five days later, my daughter was in severe pain, could barely swallow, and had intense ear pain. We returned to Premier Medical and thankfully saw a different doctor. That doctor informed us the previous doctor never performed a strep test at all. He examined her throat, said it looked very bad and extremely painful, ran an actual strep test, and it came back positive. Because of the first doctor's Marshall Willis failure to examine her and his false claim that a strep test was done, my daughter suffered unnecessarily for days and we had to pay for a second visit just to receive proper care. This was careless, misleading, and unacceptable medical treatment. I have never had such a bad experience with a physician, and I truly believe doctor Willis should not be treating patients.
