I had an MRI performed through this company and specifically checked the expected cost beforehand…read more I used their online cost estimator, verified the estimate through my insurance, and also spoke directly with a company representative. Every source consistently indicated that my out-of-pocket cost would be around $700 with insurance. However, after the MRI, I was billed over $2,100. To make matters worse, their billing department is located in Seattle and has been extremely difficult to reach. They do not provide clear answers, and my emails have gone unanswered. I understand that estimates are not guarantees, but a difference of more than $1,400 is unacceptable. Patients should be able to rely on the information provided by a healthcare organization when making decisions about their care. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Saw my Primary Doctor on Tuesday and IMI had me worked in at 5pm for a CT of my torso on Thursday…read more Had the evaluation by 9am Friday morning. The technician was fast and professional with a sense of humor. Could not believe they got it evaluated so quickly. Getting a copy over the gynocologist/oncologist. The Gyno/Onco Doctor ordered an ultrasound and seemed kind of mmmm. Said I should see my Primary Doctor because that wasn't the problem, and he bulldogged the information and got me CT'd quickly. Definitely better imaging scans than the ultrasound.

Read all the reviews, not a lot but same complaints. I have been waiting for 3 months for an MRI…read more If you have breast cancer, you could be dead by now. Don't even try to get any image done. Departments don't talk to departments. My doctor had to fax them multiple times my implant was safe for MRI, finally they cleared it but the appointment department doesn't see that the tech department cleared it. BUT no one calls back. NO one knows how to do their job. They answer the phone but tell you that they can TRY and help you but no one has. I have dozens of phone calls out to them and a quarter of them returned my calls but without help. March 15th the request was sent to them by my doctor and I still don't have an appointment. At this point, if you are reading this, I should just go to another facility.

Posting this review here because the owner runs the Caldwell and Meridian locations…read more This two star review has nothing to do with the staff at the Meridian location. They were excellent in every way. My dissatisfaction is with the owner of Imaging Center of Idaho who has not refunded my deposit made for the MRI that ended up not happening. The deposit was made July 30, and it's now Sept. 20 and I was told originally that it would take 2 weeks for the refund. I called again today and was given another ambiguous explanation. I'm not happy with the business practices of this facility. After going to another MRI for a successful test I was told that the practice of asking for a deposit is not standard. When and if I receive my deposit I will adjust my review.

My urologist recommended a CT scan and they sent the request to St. Lukes in Meridian…read more We have very good insurance through my wife's work with Blue Cross. The quote came back from St. Lukes for $1856.00 with insurance covering $45.00 I emailed and called St. Lukes to cancel. For that amount I could fly to France and have a CT scan done for free as I am citizen. I told all of this to Treasure Valley Urology and they recommended Telllica Imaging on Overland. It took a bit to get the appointment schedule and its because their phones are ringing off the hook - the secret is out so speak So, be patient but they will get back to you and they are working on improving the phone lines. I paid $350 upfront and was called back by Amy. She was so nice and personable. We chatted the all time. It made me feel so relaxed. The process was easy and painless. Amy was a rockstar. Explained every step along the way and made sure that I understood and was okay. I was done in about an hour maybe a little less. The results came fast. About three hours later Yes. Im good. Whew. I'll be around for more checkins and writing more reviews. I highly recommend checking out Tellica if you a). Cant deal with the bureaucracy and b). Cant afford it or your insurance doesn't cover it.

She pushed it as hard as she could nonstop until it started hurting, after I told her to stop, doctor came in for 5 minutes to tell me no he wasn't going to culture it due to it becoming red after the student did what I told her not to do, they did nothing to help and charged me 100 bucks to make my eye way worse then when I started.

"Two words. Don't fall."…read more That was the doctor's response during a medical gathering to an audience member who asked for his advice on the most important thing to do for a healthy life into senior years. But fall I did last week and it was a doozy on a hard tile floor. Jaw, neck, knee, foot all needed attention but I dawdled 24 hours hoping things would look better the next day. Alas, they were worse and to avoid ER waits...waits...waits...waits...you know what I'm talking about, I went into urgent care. As medical appointments go for the purpose at hand this could not have been a better one. I was pretty certain nothing was broken but I wasn't sure why my strategy of ice, elevation, nsaids had not created a better outcome but a worse one 24 hours post event and now not being able to stand on the damaged leg and with ample bruising on face and neck I guess I was looking for diagnosis and direction. I have had since college a CNS disease in which falls can be part of the evolution and having had two prior in different decades that did result in fractures, I knew this was different for the damage done. Check in was quick and easy, the nurse who saw me first was professional and kind, the PA who saw me second was thorough, professional and kind. The imaging he ordered of XRays for knee and foot and CT for facial bones could be done on site and the techs who did it were professional. Radiology results were returned in short order and more discussion with PA about diagnosis and path forward . All good. I hope you will never have a need for urgent care but if you do, based on my experience this is a good choice.
