I have to say I am EXTREMELY disappointed and mortified with the reflection of the new ownership of…read moreMtn. Pointe Medical in Lehi Utah that I received this morning. First, the appearance. When you drive up, all you notice is overgrowth and weeds in every green space. Despicable! If the appearance doesn't bother you the registration process certainly will. I came in due to a workman's comp injury I sustained while working at Steward Jordan Valley West. I asked the registration clerk if they have access to those records they used to be Steward. She abruptly interrupted me and said that they were bought out and that Centura/Trinity does not have access. I replied that I have the information and will provide it. Just to understand and confirm what I heard her say, I asked differently about the records by saying, "....just to confirm, you're saying you don't have access?" The receptionist cut me off stating, ".....I TOLD YOU we don't have access!" Needless to say, I was taken aback. I asked her if she was having a bad day. She replied "Why!?" I said you're being quite abrupt. She replied, "Are you calling me a brat?" I said, "no, I'm saying you're being abrupt." She attempted to explain and I replied, "....it's not necessary." These two "first impressions" reflect the dismal experience I received and seem to indicate the level of professionalism and treatment the new ownership has and delivers. I am a firm believer in Attitude reflects Leadership. It is extremely sad to see that our community has to rely and reside next to and on a provider that should exemplify the essence of community and empathy when individuals who are dealing with emergencies or critical illness require medical attention and CARE! Drive in and see a run down, weed infested property and then get insulted by, "I TOLD YOU.....!" How dare you and shame on you're evident lack of respect to our community.

I thought this was a hospital but it's a clinic... a huge clinic. A very nice clinic. When I…read moreentered I thought I was in Nordstrom with the piano player, customer service desk right in front. A greeter to field the low hanging fruit. The decor is fresh, lots of light. Vibrant and alive with a good energy. Team members are dressed in red polos and have great smiles. I saw a sign " A health tradition of putting patients and employees first" . Definitely feel that care. I hung out as my friend checked in. They gave me a coupon for 20% off for cafe Tumbleweeds... daily specials Monday to Friday. Today is roasted turkey breast, masked taters and dressing, yes gravy too... all for $8!!! And I get 20% off?!?! The turkey was so moist... I forgot there's also string beans. This was a very good lunch, affordable and plenty... so full right now. I finished my cafe experience with a 16 ounce cappuccino from the espresso bar... they make smoothies too. There's also a machine that makes vegan blends. No sugar, vegan, healthy... I'm full so haven't test this one but looks promising. I love this place

Loved my experience visiting Kirsti, NP at the Women's Health Clinic for my pregnancy visits! She's…read morebeen so gentle, social, and sweet during every visit. She truly listens to you and recommends things to do for your pregnancy symptoms. She works closely with Dr. Harker at the Madsen location. They also have you register for the MyChart app that comes in so handy for communication with the NP, Obstetrician, front staff, etc. the app helps get schedules, lab results, documents for work, and more. I was amazed by this since most places do it old school and they either call you or you have to go in. Truly an amazing place if you are pregnant and want to establish care through your pregnancy! Unfortunately I am moving to a different state and have to establish new care.

They gathered all the info quickly and almost before we could sit down, we were called back to an office. The dr we saw was very helpful and he didn't seem rushed at all. He really explained everything to us. We were in and out of there in less than half an hour. Everyone was quick to make us as comfortable as we could be.

It did take an hour to be seen, however, once I was seen the service was great. I had flu/bronchitis/pneumonia and was prescribed a Zpack (Azithromycin). Over the last 5 days I've had heart palpitations, increased heart rate, weakness, cold sweats and sensitive skin. I fainted one morning after a workout(thought I was just tired) then last night got light headed once and fainted again. I thought I was having heart problems and completely stressed that I could be having a heart attack. I read today that it is a side affect of the antibiotic and to call my doctor Now to get to my complaint, After realizing that the last 5 days of heart symptoms could be caused by this medicine, I called the urgent care to get information and not only would they not let me talk with the doctor but simply would only say that I should go to the ER or come back in to be seen. I'm sure everyone knows how expensive an ER is but even Instacare is expensive. From this experience, it seems the doctor this night was more concerned with booking another appointment $$ or just doesn't want to deal with one more problem.

Very nice complex with plenty of parking. Social distancing was enforced with mandatory masks, and…read morehand sanitizer. Temperatures were taken upon entry to the building. There is a separate open section area for people to wait that are actually sick. You do have to walk past this open air area to get to the area where the exam rooms are. There is a pharmacy onsite if you need to get a prescription filled. Staff was pretty friendly, and helpful upon initial intake. The Dr however didn't have the best bedside manner, and was hard to understand. Communication for this Dr (through their website) was not very good. The Dr answered my questions with short answers, and left me asking more questions, which didn't get answered to my satisfaction. They told me to call to get my test results, and when I did, the person who finally answered the phone said they weren't authorized to give the results to me, and would have someone call me back. Which they NEVER did. Any communication after that was done through their portal, which is lacking in personal touch, and is hard to have a communication other than short emailed answers. However, maybe a different Dr would have a different communication style. I didn't particularly like having tests done, and then sending me one my way without a personal follow up besides reading the test results through their portal, which I have to say was Chinese to me, since I didn't go to school to figure out how to read medical terminology. I'm hoping I'm ok, and I didn't fall through the cracks. I'm hoping that nothing is life threatening since I didn't get any notification to make a follow up appt, or to have more tests done!
