He was trying to quote me a new compressor for $877.00 I would be cautious with these people. I don't believe that they're an honest.

Was told I needed new exhaust pipe but converter and muffler were still good. Was given a quote and paid the amount. They put on the wrong tips and then told me they only had 1 tip in stock and would have to order a new set. After waiting two weeks I called to see if the new tips were in and was told they forgot to order them. Then when they came in they tried to tell me I didn't pay for the tips and wanted to charge extra. They then stated they didn't charge me the right price but put them on the vehicle as quoted. Today, we take vehicle in due to hangers being broke and exhaust leak near the connection to the headers. A bolt had fallen out. They told me the hangers weren't theirs so they wanted another $80 to replace the hangers. Told them to fix the missing bolt and take my truck off the lift. I will pay more at another shop then have these guys work on my vehicle again. These guys are full of excuses and now get a bad review due to not fixing an issue they should have the first two times they had it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Well got home and found out the exhaust still has a leak at the flange where a bolt fell out and they admitted that was on them. So now I have to fix that too.

Today he finally showed up and tells me he didn't order the glass top replacement because "I didn't mention it was broken". Number one - it is clearly visible and was broken 4 months ago. Number two - I did very specifically mention it and asked that it be fixed in addition to the burners. He then proceeded to say he could fix the burners but the glass would continue to break because of the heat and a new request for repair would need to be made. I understandably got quite upset and called him out on the lie and the halfway repar he was offering. He then refused to fix anything and left. This company was sent out by my home warranty people. We will be switching home warranty companies as well as finding a new repair man!

When it was delivered to you, the front end was fully assembled, and both headlights were present and undamaged. After I was unable to accept the other insurance company's low settlement offer (they deemed it a total loss), I arranged for the same towing company to pick up my vehicle and return it to my home. The vehicle was not drivable, so it remained in my garage until today when my insurance adjuster came to inspect it. To my shock, several major components are now missing, including the radiator, condenser, compressor, and both headlights--each worth approximately $2,500. When I visited your office today, Joseph stated that all parts were "given to the towing company" but there was no paperwork documenting what was handed over, and there are no cameras showing this transaction. This is unacceptable. My car arrived intact, and it was your responsibility to ensure it was returned in the same condition. If the tow company "forgot" the parts, where are they now? Why were the headlights even listed on your repair estimate if they were never damaged? From my perspective, these parts have been stolen while under your custody or during the release process. I entrusted your business with my vehicle, and it has been returned missing thousands of dollars' worth of components. Once they began work, Ray kept me updated about progress with daily phone calls. I had most of the recommended work done and still walked out with a smaller bill than I would have had paying for one of the two repairs at the other place. I have no doubt that they can do a good job, as seen with these other positive reviews, but in the same manner that they are professionals in this field, I am surprised they did not find anything wrong with the master cylinder, which does have a direct influence on the clutch. Dave mentioned multiple times that his men did not find an issue with the cylinder at the time of inspection, so "technically" they did their jobs. I should point out, that Dave also said that they test driven it by 10 miles. 10 miles and no issues apparently, yet 2 miles of our struggle before the car gave out. I attached 2 new photos showing the odometer. Unless the paper printed on the day I picked up the keys aren't up to date (and if so, why was I given paperwork that's not up to date?) I am hesitant to believe the car was test driven. Both of us tried it and it feels wrong. NO resistance on the clutch pedal, and he couldn't put the shifter into gear! How is this acceptable! He managed to drive the car off premises but as he got closer to my apartment, literally 2 miles away, he had stopped because he couldn't change gears anymore. That's right, 2 MILES by 11 PM, my boyfriend and his car remain stuck on the side of the road, parallel parked at some street and praying that he doesn't get towed. I did not pay over $2k just to retrieve a car that's not operating properly. Did anyone even test drive it? You guys had the car from Wednesday till Friday. Called me at 9:30 AM stating it's ready, and I didn't even come till 2 PM to pick it up, giving you guys plenty of time to test drive/check for any errors/tighten any loose ends. Since Ichiban is closed, our night, our weekend, is ruined. I really wished I could've given this place 5 stars, the men were nice but the service we received is unacceptable.
