Both sessions were as chill as getting your throat tattooed could be. No small talk while in the moment had me in an almost trance and really helped me to love the proces, or ritual of it all. We decided to stop at the mall and of our whole trip, this had to be the worst part. I enjoyed Ohio, but this mall is not of preference. This dingbat clearly saw me and my husband standing at the gate of Champs since 10:50a. She's been at the back of the store on the phone with who-knows-who just staring at us. So 11a hits and we're still standing at the gate and all the other stores around Champs is opening...still not Champs tho! Confused and defeated because we have to hit the road and go home, me and my husband were about to just leave. Then I decided to yell thru the gate to the woman and just ask if they were opening anytime soon, she looks dead at me and shakes her head "no". I then asked were they just going to be closed today? She then nodded her head "yes". She has yet to acknowledge me verbally. Absolutely rude. I would have been more understanding if she had just said something. But instead she watched us stand there waiting for well over 15 minutes. I'll be writing corporate about this.

Took our clock from the early 1900s in which hasn't worked in nearly 30+ years. The gentleman here…read moregot it working again and replaced the glass and the hands (the glass was broken in the 80's and the hands had previously been attached with a safety pin). He also took time to show my mom how to wind it and general maintenance of it. While the gentleman we worked with was friendly, I did have to remove one star because there were two other men here who were just brusque and on the verge of rudeness. Not a good feeling dealing with people like this. The shop itself is cool with all sort of different clocks. I have no idea about pricing, but one of the clocks I fell in love with was way out of my price range at $8000. But the repair we had done wasn't too badly priced at $500 for all the work they did.

This store shares a building with the Maca Root Juice Bar, so it's an open floor concept. If you grab a smoothie next door you can browse here while you wait. The shop has some athletic wear and sporty name brands like North Face and Patagonia. They also had some hiking gear, street wear and CBD products on the tables. The store is immaculate and very inviting if you're into sports or adventures. The associate told me that in the summer you can even rent kayaks (I think) to take out nearby on the Lake. From the retail section, you can clearly see the folks climbing up the rock wall, in case you have an anxious kid that wants to get some energy out. I didn't stay here long but felt the wonderful vibes from this spot and will absolutely come back. It makes me want to go climb something (I don't climb).
