This is the 3rd or 4th time our family has used Big Deahl's for small moves. This time it was my son's one bedroom apartment. He is disabled and will no longer be able to live independently. Because of that, the move was pretty emotionally charged for me, and I really needed it to go smoothly. It did! These guys were super efficient, wrapped all his possessions with care and got it to the storage unit without a scratch. I have never seen movers so good. But that's not the best part: the customer service was stellar, start to finish! I requested a quote online and they got back to me within minutes. All the forms were electronic. Easy! The office staff was so kind and capable, and the guys onsite were very used to their app as well. I just love how so much of this was automated -- it took the guess work out of the day. Like many, I've been hit with mystery charges and extra hours from other companies. This would never happen at Big Deahl's. I requestes for these moves to pack, unload, move, and discard the junk. They charged me over $2500 and did not finish the job, they dont give real quotes and they milk the clock. It took them 3 days. The third day was because my items had to stay on the truck over night because they didnt finish and guess whatvhe charged me for that too. They use small boxes to pack everything except for wardrobe boxes which cost almost $30 for them to stuff everything in to eventually fall out. They did not label the boxes, they did not wrap my tvs. When I ask for more proffesionalism, the owner said, " we are helping you out". I also had to negotiate not paying the workers breaks and lunches. My move was August 25, 2025 and I cant find anything. I even had to purchase an additional storage because they did not pack the 10×10 storage properly. Unbelievable. I am insure about how there service went from excellent to " nightmare" in regards to these reviews. But I would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. To date, I cant find any of my personal items either. My jewlry, my watches, my personal papers. They also packed all the perishable items and put them into the back of the storage. I was so dissapointed. I cried whike they were unloading. Saave yourself the pain. read more

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews for any company. However, I feel the need to warn anybody considering using this company for their move. Not only was the moving team highly unprofessional but two pieces of my furniture were also broken in the moving process. I understand things happen and we were aware of the potential for things to be broken since we weren't personally moving the items ourselves. But when you hire a moving company, you can only hope that the company's integrity reflects treating your items as if they were their own. The real problem occurred when I attempted to fill out a claim for the broken furniture. The claims department told me it would take 30 to 90 days to process. I submitted my claim in April, and last I heard back from the company was May. They have not responded to my emails since May. I called the claims department and Elena (who answered the phone) said the manager was unavailable at this time. They also told me to check my junk email folder (ridiculous). I checked my junk email and there was no response to the email thread in there either. So again, this is just a warning If you use this company and your furniture is broken in the process, don't ever expect to hear back from them. Be VERY cautious! read more

I usually hate giving bad reviews on yelp but I wouldn't want anyone else to have this issue. The day of the move we even tipped the movers since we appreciated the hard work. Once the movers had left, we noticed a lot of our items were broken but I only reached out about our TV. It was brand new, the screen had been shattered & it could no longer be used. I have tried to reach out multiple times. I have called and emailed multiple times and each time someone says they will get back to me to approve the claim, but no one does. I got the feeling they just blow you off in hopes you will forget. Our move was in January & it is now mid March. I wouldn't trust this company. read more

Horrible experience. They were almost 2 hours late moving us and did a horrible job packing. Half our furniture and nice glassware/vases are broken or chipped. They did not pack things properly so my husband had to return and get the two boxes they could've easily fit in the truck the day after my moved. Super unnecessary and annoying. They also broke 2 of our nice picture frames. The crew was very nice but did not know how to pack and took until 10pm to unload so we didn't even get to lift a finger to start unpacking until the following day which made going back to work and getting everything in order much harder especially with a new baby! I was not happy. They also upcharged for more hours which everyone at the company assured me they couldn't go past 8 hours. They were able to stop at my storage facility first to drop off some things and then head over to my new residence. Everything ran so smooth! I would definitely use them again in the future! I needed my gun safe moved. It is extremely heavy and awkward. Since moving safes seems to be Big Deahl's specialty, we requested a quote. Their quote was extremely competitive and beat 2 other companies as did their delivery window, so we hired them. Gregory and his team showed up on time and had the safe out of my old residence within 15 minutes. They were very careful and did not bump into any walls or door jambs.
