Had a chip nails on day 3; another one on day 6. Got shellac, my previous shellac lasted 3-4 weeks.

I'll start off with shame on me for giving the place multiple tries. For a pedicure, fill & design it was over $100... I got charged for shaping my nails even though I got the same shape, when questioned I was told yes they charge to shape..already shaped nails.. I asked for a specific design and was told it could be done then when I sat in the chair I was told it would be similar - again shame on me for saying okay. i got charged for a deluxe pedicure when I didn't ask for one but was handed a sheet to pick from; yet again I guess shame on me for not asking the difference but also when I just ask for a pedicure it shouldn't be pushed for a service that's extra if that's not what I was asking for - I thought that was just the standard pedicure procedure. My loss hopefully someone else's save on money and time. read more

Didn't paint nails on the sides well. Left the bottoms rough and they kept catching on stuff.The worse part was the lotion on the hands at the end there wasn't any !!!!! Couldn't wait to get out of there. read more

I went here cause I am new to the area, and heard good things about it. I understand they may have good nail techs but I've never had someone be so rough with my hands. I was cut not once but twice, and the sides of my fingers are raw from the buffing and filing. I had my nails done on Tuesday and left a very generous tip. Thursday morning I started experiencing chipping. When I stopped by for a repair the young lady began conversing back & forth with a co-worker other as if I wasn't even there. Completely disrespect and extremely rude. She simply painted over the chip and sent me on my way. Then the manager came out and preceded to tell me how I should understand that she didn't understand English. She understood enough to giggle and be completely disengaged. If she didn't understand English, then she should've asked the person she was conversing with what she was supposed to do. When I told the manager, he was being overbearing, he kept demanding that I forgive her. I tried to explain to him, it wasn't about forgiving her, was about providing good customer service, and having two people converse while you're sitting there expecting good, or at the very least adequate service infuriated me. A reasonable person would assume if the young lady didn't understand that she was asking the girl to explain to her what she should do. However, that was not the case.. If I could leave no star it would be more accurate. This is the second time I have experienced this blatant disregard, and I will not put this establishment. read more

I got a full set of dip here two days ago and had my nails done for literally two hours. I only was driving (no other physical activity) until one popped off and then the next day all of them lifted at the cuticle and popped right off. I paid $53 to have my nails done for 2 hours. So unhappy. Can't even go back to have them fixed because they're ALL gone. 0 stars. Came back here 2 times because I had a good experience the first time and only that time. read more

At 12:20 we were seated, at 12:30 the first of our group got her pedicure, at 12:40 I got mine and at 12:50 the last of us got hers. Don't think I'll ever return here. Came in for a pedicure, other customers were asked if they want a spa or regular pedicure. I was only handed a card asking which one I wanted out of a list of different scents and treatments. Didn't know I could opt for just a regular pedicure. The massage was nice and I enjoyed the hot stones. She asked if I wanted to add on my finger nails. She said total would be 63 and I thought sure, why not? I haven't treated myself to a pedicure or manicure in years. I wish I had skipped the manicure. Looks awful. When she finished she left me sitting in my chair forever. Never said anything. Other women getting pedicures were escorted to the fan. I was left in my chair. Finally one of the other techs asked if I was done and I said I wanted her to take the polish off my skin and I need to pay. She said Maria (Marie? Not sure) was over there and I could walk over and pay. Maria had moved on to another client and couldn't be bothered to ring me up, or check the polish she left on my skin. I stood for quite a while waiting for someone to ring me up and asked the cashier if he could break a 5 for me, even though I was unhappy with my service I still planned on leaving a tip. He said sure. He took my five, walked it over to Maria and gave it to her as a tip. I had planned on giving more than 5 but since he didn't care to break it for me I just left. And when I got to my car and reached in my purse my polish on my thumb was already jacked up. I will never return here. Was a good start, terrible finish. read more

This salon completely takes advantage of their younger teenage clients. My daughter and quite a few of her friends go to this salon and have been comparing notes. They have noticed that they're charged different amounts for the same service, the technicians "add on" things to charge them for. They are not transparent with the cost of their services despite the pricing sheet at the establishment. A lesson for teenage girls for sure.....my daughter and her friends will not be back. read more

My nails looked good but I asked for a shellac manicure and toe polish change and asked how much it was going to be before, she said $35 for manicure $15 for toe polish change when I was cashing out it came out to $66. No one informed me it was extra for shellac toe polish change and $31 at that!? I should have just got a pedicure. Will not be coming back here. read more

They assured me that I would love my nails, pushed me to do dip. These are the worst most misshapen nails I have ever had! They have bubbles, are terribly shaped, uneven and look like total crap. The gentleman that to seems to be running things up front took me back pretty quickly after arriving which I appreciate however, the lady doing my pedicure spent less than 20 minutes total on me and even left a chunk of shellac on my nail. I've gone here for years before it was nails of Michigan. I went yesterday for a dip manicure and it was awful! My nails and fingers hurt do badly when I was done!! I have a deep cut on one finger that's so painful. felt the manicurist cut me while filing my nails, but they did nothing and said it was just me. I'm hoping I do not develop a infection from this manicure as the files are used over and over and NOT changed to new ones for each new client like they should be. They were very rude talked bad about me and other women right in front of me I understood everything they said in Vietnamese perfectly. The girl purposely was hurting me because I asked for multiple colors and cursed me out in Vietnamese for being too extra, made fun of the shape I wanted told me I was stupid to my face and made my cuticles bleed by "accidentally" cutting into all of them and stabbing them with her nail. They are very bad at acrylics and made them thin as press on nails. I tried to make small talk by asking questions and interacting she continued to curse me out thinking I couldn't understand Vietnamese and when I asked if they did eyelashes still and she didn't reply and continued to say terrible things in Vietnamese she also made fun of a woman of color next to me, and 3 other women. 0/10 terrible service and will never go back I hope nobody else experiences this again. read more
