The owner offered to come out and sit with me to hear how things went and how they could work with their team to improve the experience for others. I owned all the equipment, just needed them to run 5.1 speaker wire, wall mount some speakers and wall mount a flat screen TV. Needless to say, my expectations were exceeded. They not only fished great lengths of speaker wire over a ceiling without having to cut a single hole in anything, but programmed everything to work flawlessly. We've been enjoying that home theater ever since. They were so good, I hired them again to install a new flat panel and a Sonos Playbar in our master bedroom. This time a few things happened that I didn't expect. John reached out for feedback the day after the install and I let him know what I wasn't quite happy with (placement of the Playbar wasn't as ideal as I had wanted and removal of a cable I didn't expect them to remove). Maybe it was my fault for not supervising as closely as I should have, but no matter... John offered to have his guy back within a week to make it right. Sometimes things don't go 100% and making it right without a hassle is what sets the great apart from the good. Needless to say, these guys are great.
