DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! My son accidentally left his tefillin (a religious article worth over $1,200+) in the car. When we called the dispatcher, the driver claimed that there was nothing in the car and nothing in the lost and found. We filed a police report and submitted video footage showing my son get into the car with the tefillin (Car #421 - License plate starting with 19711) and we still didn't get it back. read more

First off @Janine W is lying international Taxi is anything but professional. I never in my life seen a company want to close down so bad I'm sure if you asked anyone in this town that has used this taxi service will respond the same way "There still open?!?" The drivers rip people off base off there mood I took a taxi to work and back and ever time its $7 but most of the drivers will try to more. One time a driver try to make me pay $15 and then I have to argue with a Spanish guy with the English basics of a mentally unstable 1 year old thinking there smart. The operators at base are just lazy and rude teenagers if they are adult they should feel ashamed of themselves. There are even some reviews on google with people reporting tax drives stealing items from passengers and trust me the reviews on google are just as bad as mine the company deletes negative review and fill them with fake account 5 stars . I would give this company 0 stars if I could. First off the dispatchers are very rude and disrespectul especially their drivers. Their fare changed to $10 but i understand that they did a price hike because of gas prices right now but I just got into an argument with one of their taxi drivers cause he was trying to charge $15 for a 4min ride to suffern train station stating he took me downtown so fare should be $15. STAY AWAY! Worst taxi service ever! I waited 39 min for a driver that never showed, called the base again and the dispatcher was rude and hung up on me, cancelled the call and refused to put manager on the phone. When i called back she hung up and when i checked my second driver that should've been on the way she cancelled that too. When i called back she hung up on me. Don't call this company! You'll get drivers with no taxi license, that don't speak English that don't know how use their own gps, and you'll get a dispatcher that's rude and incompetent with no home training or Customer service skills! read more
