This service has a huge flaw. Their IP address is located in Wichita, Kansas. Thus I cannot get live streaming from any of my local stations. And whenever I do a search for a business of any kind it sends me to Kansas. I find this unacceptable. And their service is advertised as unlimited when it is not. I would not recommend this company. Buyer beware...if I could give you no stars I would!!! You don't deserve any!!! If you want high speed internet, contact viasat, not chad. Have them send someone from Denver if you want it done right the first time!! We contacted chad and he and Ronnie walked off the job, not once, but 4 times, without any clear reason. The last time chad was there and walked off, our Dish installer was there and witnessed his bad behavior. Dish installer was appalled at his behavior, calling my husband an asshole simply because he was asked to move his truck, as we were getting a delivery. Our dish installer said he wouldn't have a job, if he walked off the job for any reason. What kind of person are you chad, that you would treat senior citizens that way??? We NEVER said or did anything to you to deserve the treatment you gave us. What kind of company asks for keys to our house so they can come in and install while we aren't there??? When viasat from Denver came and installed high speed internet, they arrived on time, were professional and they completed the job the first time!!! The installer that did the job right, said your job, what little you did, was very bad!!! Unprofessional company. Tried several times to talk to a live person, not a voice mail, when I finally did get the owner/operator he scolded me for not leaving a voicemail, telling me he doesn't need "high maintenance customers". I need an internet company I can rely on when there is a problem, not one that will duck my calls and make me wait until he will get around to calling me back. If you advertise a service, give out your phone number and get angry when people call your number you probably should rethink your business model. I am glad the true colors of this company came out before I relied on their internet service; it is "service" with "internet" after all. read more

I would give them zero stars if I could. Resort internet is the worst internet provider I have ever seen. We have there internet service as a part of our condo complex, so I have no choice in the matter until our contract is up otherwise I would have cancelled there service a LONG time ago. They should start discounting their customers for every minute we are paying for there service, in which we are not receiving. We constantly lose service. It will be working fine then suddenly it just completely quits. It does this over and over again. I've called there tech support multiple times, they say they make some changes to the network blah blah blah... it works for a day or two then goes back to being crappy. This is during summer time when out complex is mostly empty, I can't wait till ski season starts and we have 10x the amount of people trying to use the internet. When our contract expires, I will be making sure we DO NOT resign with resort internet. read more
