We ended up still getting a new phone. Charged my sister for the wrong charger when she clearly asked for a c type and gave her the wrong screen protector. And after all that my service sucks everywhere I go literally everywhere. Do not get t mobile especially not from this store.

NOW IM GETTING COLLECTION LETTERS. I have never had their service, I've never received phones from them or ANY other devices, I have spent hours trying to rectify this situation. They confirmed that I never had their service and were going to fix this, yet, I received another bill from them today. They won't give me information over the phone because I don't have service with them so they make me go to the store, the people in the store are useless and just call the corporate office which are even more useless. The corporate office said the would take care of this but they haven't. I don't know what else to do. I don't understand how I can owe anything to anyone for a service I've NEVER had service with them.

I am very satisfied with the level of service provided to me by Beck-Tech Technology Solutions…read more Their technicians, in charge of mounting a 55 inch television with in-wall cabling, were courteous, capable and attentive to details. I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!
