After working in the Finance industry for 6 years, I decided to get into the IT industry. After browsing around for different programs and signing up to receive information from some of them, I felt most comfortable with Intersources. I spoke to Ankit and he gave me his personal extension so that I could call him anytime. He clarified the program for me and provided me further info which was very helpful. I arrived in Fremont three weeks later for the course. I learned, practiced, and became friends with the other students. This was great as we bounced ideas and learned from each other. The courses I undertook were BA, Project Management and Hadoop. I was supplied with lot of practical information which I still use as reference till today. Every instructor I learned from was professional, knowledgeable, and had industry experience. I can say that after years in various universities, that Intersources gave me the information I wanted in an environment dedicated to retaining it and excelling in your professional life. ----reposting . Graduated from Anna University in India and Did masters from NPU with the expectation that I would be able to get a job anywhere. There is a huge difference in what they teach in school and what is expected out of you at the Software companies. InterSources inc was really influential in bridging the gap by their Completely Free Training Programs on Business Analysis, Java , Tableau etc. Came to know about them last year in January through a friend who was working on a Microstrategy project through them. Talk with Alton and get all the expectations in place. Joined them in January 2014 , Got the project in March 2014, H1b Applied in April and lucky to get the approval in June. There were some new hires that were not committed as much. Think about it logically, its a win win scenario for the employees and the employer. I would recommend them for sure. Got trained on the java Training Program. Everyone from Ankit,Raj, Alton,Barney and Jay were helpful from the very beginning. The exposure to real time live projects was the turning point after the training. Every week there is an evaluation in which the students get real time feedback from the experts who have been in the industry from the past 12 years. I am working right now for a Project for a Data Center Client out of Sunnyvale. The support on my queries are answered religiously . The team will focus on you only if they see the test results in the first 4 weeks are above average which I recommend should change. One food for thought is that they only win if we get on the projects , which is a win for us too. They follow a simple mantra, if you work hard, you get the projects. read more

It is really sad that the owner Ankit wrote that reply, which I find hilarious. I am sure they are now tied up with a few bigger companies, but that does not discount the truth behind it. As I have mentioned, I would post evidences if Ankit wants me to. I really wish he was telling the truth at least when replying ( or i guess not, because it might put himself in trouble) The worst consultancy I have even heard of, I couldn't emphasize it enough. And He talks about being professional? He is the least professional owner of consultancies I know ( I have been around with a lot of consulting firms now). Every time you talk to him, about the resume, which he never bothers to look at, he makes you feel like you are 2 feet tall and you mean nothing to him if you are in the bench. read more

I am really happy to see that so many people are writing about their experience with the company. I wish such reviews were there before my time with the company. Anyways, I would be very happy if more innocent people does not fall into the traps of this company. I will advice anyone thinking of joining them to join any other company in the world. You'll surely find the other one better. The company has zero direct clients but mentions as if they work with every best companies in the world. Interesting to read the past posts. I was a part of their training programs. There were students who did not finish their assignments and were not presented to the projects as they did not qualify for it. As not all 5 fingers are the same, similarly not all students are same. I got trained in Jan, am working on the project on developing the financial project for the local company that designs and develops electric vehicals.my h1b transfer was done without any hassle. Company in Reboot mode again - Just shut down the company There is noting pros in this stupid company, Working here is like a hell. Join this company if you like hell and to work with You will never get a full Salary. They deduct your salary each time. Salary is deducted in the name of submission. When I joined the company there were many people working but now there would be hardly more than 5 people working. This company is going to shut down hence no one should join it. read more

I was looking for a good training center in Fremont. One of my friends recommended this training center as he had done the course there, his experience was good. But at first, I was still skeptical about joining the course there. After some google search and getting feedback from a few more people, I joined the course, the experience was amazing, not only I learned a new skill, but the faculty was very supportive and innovative in teaching. This company is an absolute disgrace in the name of consulting. most of the candidates they create are with Fake resumes. I know first hand Ankit asked someone to photoshop Work permit back in 2014. these kind of stuff happens here day in and out. i dont know why USCIS doesnt raid this company and shut it down. read more

Extremely fraud company. Don't ever think of joining them. Ankit wants to add every skill in the world in your resume. No training support. The guys has one amazing skill: persuading people. The day you put in $1000, your whole world will change. The trainers are moron. Anish is the worst trainer you can come across and he thinks himself to be a very intelligent person.
