Eric welcomed me as soon as I came in by asking what I needed. After I told him, he asked for my car information so that he could look up what size blades my car required. Once he had the information needed, he walked me over to the blades and described each of the different brands and their quality/performances. I ultimately decided to get the RainX Advantedge (which was the highest quality) for $37.99 a piece and $81.11 total. After I paid for them, he installed them on my car for me as well. When he was done, I also had him check my battery as I had recently drove to FL for a short cruise and my car battery was completely dead when I returned. After checking it, it was fine. He also checked the alternator for me as well, which had no issues. Eric's customer service was outstanding and he was extremely helpful and informative! It just so happen to rain less than an hour after I got them, so I was able to try them out. It then rained more heavily the next day so I was really able to test them out. They are amazing and I definitely recommend them!

These part stores "encourage" DIY, but are quick to turn their back on you. After I bought a timing chain tensioner from them and installed it PROPERLY (Toyota ASE certified mechanic verified), it then failed after 3 weeks. It caused in excess of $3,600 of repairs. O'Reilly simply does not care.
