I brought with me a part I had designed to test fit - which I had done before, and I planned to buy a car console. This time they said no external parts come in because of theft. They used to just mark them. I had clearly made my part and it had my markings on it. Oh well. The staff were nice enough. The real benefit of this particular yard is that they have a pretty large selection. Just bring tools and don't tear stuff up, leave the rest in good condition. I found what I was looking for and ended up buying two items.

For the trim even the ity bitty small pieces they wanted to charge $7 a piece which added up to around $200 in trim, for the trunk they said that in order for the trunk to cost what it costs on the website it has to be a bare metal trunk, I've been to countless junkyards and for the trunk they charge it as just the trunk, for the trim they give you a bulk number usually around $10-$15. All those parts almost nobody needs, the car I came in for was never touched after being in there for a month, in the end they will probably just be thrown out or scrapped for nothing which is pretty sad because I could've used them just not for what they want and their attitude, the place is very understaffed and had a line of 10 people when trying to figure out why it costed so much. DO NOT GO HERE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

I talked to the owner about getting a remote start and tinting which he was researching. They offered me a deal for $450 for the remote start and tinting on the new vehicle. Then I found out I needed a OEM part from the manufactorer which wasn't an issue. I will get VW to do it because this place refused to install it. Other places not named VW would install it though. No issues as I will pay retail at the dealership or get someone else to do it at a nominal fee. I then tried to contact them to at least to tint my wife's new car and they didn't respond. I mean just call, text or email and say we are busy or don't want to do your car but no response is just bad business. I guess it was either the bundle of remote start with their product and tint or nothing at all. Guys if you want to cherry pick your business than that is fine but as a customer we can help provide proper feedback about our experience with this company or others. I usually don't post feedbacks often that are negative but I felt this one was merited because of the lack of communication. I simply asked for a car tint and they already gave me a price to get it done. I only needed appointment to bring it in which they never gave me after a few days and multiple contacts. I will find someone that will want my business. I hope this is only a small blimp on their record and that this is an isolated incident; however, if that isn't the case it will be seen here by other potential customers as the issues will spread.

On my way to NC, I was praying that I would have a mechanic who treated me like he would treat his daughter and I believe that Wes did that. I'm greatful to God for bringing me to this location and getting my car fixed. While it did take a week to get my car back, it was worth the wait and when I inquired about military discount to help me pay for the hefty bill I knew was coming, Wes didn't hesitate to do everything in his ability to give me the best pricing and even doing things for a massively reduced fee.
