Well, John at battery experts did exactly that it took him less than five minutes. He was very friendly. He was very professional and it only cost me 10 bucks. Absolutely worth it and oh did I forget to say that I walked in at five minutes after two in the afternoon on a Tuesday and according to the sign on the side of the door, they close at 2 o'clock on Tuesday. so he took care of me even though I walked in late and was just oh so nice. I cannot recommend this company.

Well Batteries plus is the exception to the rule. I walk in as I was having trouble with my phone. A young guy who looked as if he was 12 came to the desk to ask me what he could do...I told him my phone is not even a year old and it was charging right. He looks at the phone then looked at me and said we don't work on Google phones...ughhh but he offered to take to the back and clean the port. No guarantees...needless to say he fixed it and only charged me $10 Highly recommend this place.

I took it back, explained, etc. The tech was very understanding and agreed to make it right - a few hours later they called and said the home button broke during repair. Fine, accidents happen. We went over a few options, which seemed pretty reasonable, and we ended up asking them to just refund the screen cost and move the new battery to my wife's phone, which also needed a new one. Not the best, but given the circumstances, something we were willing to work with. We came back after the second round of repair was complete... And after getting home noticed new damage to the screen in my wife's phone (the corner is now lighter than the rest, with a nice streak down to the middle). I'm honestly not sure I want to go back to the same place for yet another repair even if it's free. 4 stars for customer service, 1 star for technical ability. 5 stars for speed of service, but if it isn't good work, does speed matter?

Rob Cutright, the awesome owner, welcomed us in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the battery, ran out and bought the alternator and installed that while his lovely wife held the light. She had come in from work as a physical therapist and was waiting to take him home. They stayed open late to get us out by 5:30 and back on the road to Chicago. We had thought we'd be spending the night in Paris!!!! Thank you so much Mr and Mrs Cutright! You are the epitome of customer service!!! And the cost was more than fair too!!!!

He removed my old battery and discovered that they didn't have the correct battery and that they couldn't acquire one even though the correct battery was ordered and paid for on their website. To add to the poor packaging, not only was it not an "add acid to the cell" deal, it was not labeled as hazardous material so it will definitely be reported to the postal service.
