I had an appointment with a…read moresalesman to drive up on a Saturday morning, he knew I was coming to look at a specific vehicle and he was explicitly told to let me know if anyone else had come in on the truck or if they were purchasing it potentially so that I did not waste two hours of my day driving up to the dealership and back. Show up to the dealership and they've got some other people inside of the truck looking at it, I didn't receive a call from anyone. Then I'm told it will be 10 to 15 minutes and they will let me know if I'm even allowed to look at the truck. I told them that they have 10 minutes and I will be driving back to Indianapolis to go buy a vehicle somewhere else. They ended up giving me the keys, told me to take it for a test drive. I know all they did was used that as leverage to get the other people to sign their contracts and paperwork. Show back up after test driving it and the salesman says the other people bought the truck, have a good day, turns around and walks back inside the dealership. Not the professionalism I would expect from a dealership group such as this. The good news is you can purchase a vehicle from thousands of different dealerships, I choose to not have this be one of them.
