found the vehicle my son was looking for. late saturday…read moreafternoon we met a salesperson, and took a long test drive. the vehicle was everything he wanted, but had a different motor than expected. went inside, explained how this was his first dealership experience. he was sold on the vehicle, but needed to research the motor. on sunday , he did the research, applied on-line and was approved--- no money down. he had the bank send the approval into the business office ( they are closed on sunday) first thing monday morning he contacted the salesperson, and the finance office. told them he was excited to buy the vehicle, has an approval, only decision was IF he was going to put money down to lower the payment. got the vehicle info, and added insurance to the vehicle. told the salesperson AND THE FINANCE OFFICE he was buying the vehicle, but could not come in to finalize the loan until after work on Tuesday... after 3 pm. This was at 9 AM MONDAY. TUESDAY morning, the salesman contacted him to let him know they just took a downpmt on the vehicle for a different customer. THEY NEVER ASKED FOR A DEPOSIT FROM MY SON !! had they asked, he had the cash in hand and would have given- they never asked!! he was APPROVED ZERO MONEY DOWN! They sold the vehicle to the other customer, who did not pick the vehicle up until AFTER Tuesday 3:30. we spoke to the manager who shook his head in disbelief that we didnt put a down payment to secure the car!!! WE WERE NEVER ASKED FOR ONE. this place is cut throat and despicable. they never even acknowledged the mistake of the salesperson to not ask for deposit. they didnt care at all. i guess some people are just not wanted at this dealership. A 40,000 deal, tossed out ..... WE WILL NEVER LOOK AT ANYTHING THIS PLACE HAS TO OFFER. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. SAD SAD way to treat a customer.

It will cost me over $5000 additional to fix. Pictures attached. When looking through the packet of paper they gave me, I found 48 pages. with 22 requiring signatures. 1. It had an accident, and anything wrong is not our responsibility. Of course we spent several minutes talking about the Carfax, etc This was never discussed or mentioned, just included in the stack to sign. Of course the sales manager is talking about anything but what you are signing. 2.Vehicle history disclaimer. The dealer does not guarantee any Car Fax, or Equifax reports. But they are happy to review them with you. 3. Airbag disclaimer Dealer disclaims any knowledge presence, or condition of any airbags. Another words Caveat Emptor, LET THE BUYER BEWARE! 4. Disclaimer of open recalls There is no federal law for us to disclose any open recalls. So we don't. In summary, If you choose to go to Twins, read carefully, and tell the finance manager to be quiet. Buyer beware!
