It doesn't matter if you are looking to make an in-store purchase or if you order online and just need to pick something up, getting questions answered on the floor takes 15 minutes and at least 3 employees to answer, and picking something up takes about the same amount of time. The staff is polite, but not overly friendly, so that makes the wait time somewhat awkward, but apparently unavoidable. Honestly, we like this store because of its location and because they usually have a decent selection of products in-store, but as we have come to find out recently, some of the other locations nearby have much more engaging and helpful staff that make the buying process a little easier (especially for specialty items like furniture), and a little more enjoyable.
