We thought we were well-covered with USAA Roadside Assistance, but after multiple delays from their contracted vendor (Agero) and over 2 hours of waiting, we took the matter into our own hands and reached out to Doug at AA Tech. He was there within minutes, got our spare tire on and proceeded with finding and installing a new full-sized tire. He was both professional and personable. We were on our way home within an hour. I imagine that probably a lot of people think of them that way. I was in Bakersfield towing my boat over the Grapevine and right before I got on the freeway I five north. It sounded like an M80 was going off. Turned out it was my trailer tire. Seemed like a simple fix. I had a spare course, the spare was extremely difficult to 26 years old no sign of anywhere, when Ron inflated it the valvestem went. So grateful that Ron and Jan knew what to do, and he just hustle that 20 foot trailer with my ski boat on it onto his beautifully, well equipped, flatbed trailer, and Syd I will see you at your house and Woodland Hills. Hour and a half later he was unloading it and all I could think of was how grateful I was to have been sent these Angels.

We had two radiator hose clamps (under the drive shaft) break at the same time. We were in a very sketchy place and wanted to be towed back to their shop. They use a GPS app to ping where you are, which is kinda cool. We were out there same day for a very reasonable price (especially for the middle of nowhere mountain town.) He said he would be back in 25 mins. It's been an hour and he never came back. We called him four times and he forward our calls. If he wasn't going to help, should have just been honest. We were stuck since 9pm and it is now 2am and still waiting. Never will recommend this company ever and don't pay them to tow. This is one shitty, untrustworthy company. I called other tow yards at 6am and none of them were able to come until after 8:30am. I walked to the nearest gas station 1/2 mile back. I asked the person working there and he (Paul) told me about this place. So I decided to walk and get a quote but Paul gave me a ride there. I talked to Alberto and he quoted me at $150 to tow my truck to the mechanic next to him. I got it towed and he picked up my truck at 8am. It took about 35 minutes from the the time we left this place to when we got back. He loaded and unloaded the truck without any problems. My truck weighs 7500lbs and he was able to tow it. Thanks now I know who to call first to get a tow should I be in need again.
