What…read morethey don't tell you upfront is that you're basically working for Otto Trucking, which owns the entire fleet. The owner runs both companies, and Superstition is tied to Otto. Here's what you should know about what I witnessed before accepting a job here: * I witnessed the owner try to charge his own mechanics for mistakes that weren't their fault. * He's openly said he doesn't care about his workers and will just keep hiring more mechanics. * No new parts, new parts a RARE. The majority of everything is reused or pulled off junk trucks. They encourage unsafe practices. Most of their fleet would fail a DOT inspection. Since these are aggregate trucks their standards are much lower. * There are no repair manuals, no diagnostic tools, no truck history, and no structure for doing proper diagnostics or repairs. Fault codes are regularly looked up on google and forums. Backyard mechanic type deal. * If they feel like you're not working hard enough, they'll drop your pay to minimum wage. * If you leave within 90 days, your check will be minimum wage minus $250. Leave without notice? That's another $250 deduction. My final paycheck was $500 after a 40hr week. As a EXPERIENCED mechanic. Didn't feel like even wasting any more of my time there so I just took the hit. And found somewhere better. * Worst of all: You won't get paid on time. It's not just occasional, paychecks are regularly late by days or even weeks. This shop has no compassion, no professionalism, and no respect for its workers. It's the most exploitative workplace I've ever seen in this industry! They will squeeze everything out of their workers. Down to the penny. Soon they'll be hiring prisoners for cheap labor. Do yourself a favor and check the reviews under Otto Trucking. They're full of the same experiences. I wish I had looked before I took the job.

I called and was able to bring my StarCraft Travel Star trailer in the next week for the broken awning. The owner was awesome and was able to get the awning covered through warranty and went above and beyond for us. When I dropped it off for the awning, I mentioned that the fridge wasn't operating on propane like normal and they took care of that for us too while they had it. As a new trailer owner, I'm grateful to have found a locally-owned repair shop that is reliable and trustworthy. Overall, amazing customer service and response time! I have a feeling I'll manage to mess up quite a few more things in my trailer, and this is where I'll be taking it when I do!

The main issue was a water leak near the steps, which I documented and sent to them. Despite having my RV for over five weeks, they admitted via text that they hadn't touched the leak for more than three weeks because they were "waiting on backsplash tiles." I repeatedly told them the backsplash wasn't damaged and that I was leaving the state soon -- yet they delayed the repair anyway. When I finally picked up the RV, they told me it had been quality‑checked and that the leak was fixed. Within hours of plugging it in at my new home in Texas, the same area was leaking again. The repair was poorly done, as shown in my photos -- sealant smeared around fittings, loose clamps, and mismatched parts. When I contacted them, the response was simply, "Oh no, what do you want me to do?" -- no accountability, no apology, no solution. To make matters worse: * Two rear lights were left on, draining my truck battery overnight. * The gray tank valve was left open. * The awning fabric now looks damaged, though it wasn't before. * The faucet they were supposed to fix is still broken. This was my first fifth wheel, purchased new and used only four times. I trusted Rowley White RV to stand behind their product and warranty.
