They did fix it but beyond telling me I'm a liar that's the kind of quality control they have. This place is a joke and now the owner is calling me a liar. Really terrible biz practices and I can't even tell you how irritated I am. I live three hours away and spoke someone on the phone before I got there but when I got there I was shamed and told they couldn't fix my jack unless I paid $275. High desert trailer sales and Lamar should be ashamed of themselves. What a joke. There's a place in Apache junction called diversified give them your money instead of rollin the dice with these ding bats Travis, you're inconsiderate just like your employee and not a good biz owner. Upon arrival, I spoke with Jares, who was extremely busy as the only salesman working that day. Despite his workload, Jares took the time to acknowledge me, welcome me, and assure me he would assist me as soon as possible. While waiting, several employees from different departments introduced themselves and offered assistance. Everyone was pleasant, and we had some engaging conversations about the trailer.
