My issue comes from being charged a cancellation fee in the midst of a medical emergency when I requested to reschedule as I was in the ER. I would understand being charged a cancellation fee if it was for a superfluous reason, but this was entirely out of my control. When I brought up how ridiculous it was to charge me for an unforeseen emergency when I was not canceling simply attempting to reschedule, I was told to not make appointments and just call for walk in appointments or daily schedules since my "schedule wasn't firm" from their perspective. As unfortunate as it is that I can't see Christa anymore, it is because of the salon management and not anything she did.

She books up fast, we usually book my appointments out for months. I saw one negative review for her and was shocked. Everyone I have sent to Missy loves her, and they rave about their hair. I'm picky, so 10+ years and sending family and friends to Missy says a lot about her skill. I get compliments on my hair all the time. Disregard that negative one-off.
