They moved furniture to clean underneath, cleaned out my toaster oven (because who ever had time to do that!), and went above and beyond. They found laundry hidden by my toddler (all those missing socks) all over my house. My floors have never looked better. Not only do they do a wonderful job cleaning, but they are also very professional and friendly. They talk to my toddler and don't seem bothered that he tries to show them all his toys. Absolutely no quality control because there was a supervisor within the people she dropped off. I paid an additional fee for a service that I did not get. Even though they came back to complete the service had there been quality control it would have saved me a call, time and a whole lot of aggravation! The owner chalked it up to a mistake.... I can understand a mistake but it could've been caught without the need for a follow up visit. Even when she came back to clean she left without asking if the job was completed to my satisfaction just said goodbye and left. Not to be overlooked is the fact that she left parts of the refrigerator in the sink.... To me quality and trust is worth more than apologies.

I called to indicate I would like to set up service again. Days later they called to tell me that instead Of the rate I had been paying, they were charging more. When I heard the amount, I immediately thought no way. It was a 29% price increase. I understamd we have high inflation, but not 30% inflation rate. I'm retired and I don't get a 30% increase in my monthly income. The work is mediocre at best. I can't count the number of times they knocked the shower door off the rail. While I have a lot of clutter, I don't expect them to move everything. But there were too many times when the end tables or night stands were not even dusted. I'll find someone else who wants to do a good job.
