I'd always seen it but had never been inside or used their services, despite being a AAA member for 18+ years. I was greeted right away by a friendly gentleman at the entrance. He gave me the proper paperwork and told me how to fill it out. Within minutes of completing the paperwork, I was called back by Michelle to complete my transaction. She was very friendly and jovial as well. She completed my transaction quickly and efficiently and even offered to add my daughter to my account for free for a year. I was given a temporary card for her, and she informed me of all the benefits of their mobile app, so we will be downloading that as well! I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes! My boyfriend and I took a gamble on the dates we wanted even though she informed us that it would be hurricane season and strongly advised that we include travel insurance. She kept us in the loop every step of the way and was so helpful that I recommended her to my cousin who ended up going on the same trip with us. Barbara even called us months after we put down the deposit to look for a cheaper rate for us. The week before the trip, she mailed out our travel documents and Itinerary. She also made all the reservations at the resort and parks so we didn't have to do anything when we got to Mexico. The space was pretty large and very well kept. While I don't have AAA insurance, I have taken advantage of their road assistance and I'm glad I have it as a backup. I've also heard you can come here to complete your DMV registration but I haven't used this service yet. I like AAA because they also offer a ton of discounts for rental cars, traveling experiences, theme parks, and other perks.
