It included a flight to LA to Mexico, an inner Mexico flight, and a flight Mexico to LA. The airline they booked the inner Mexico flight with went out of business and the travel agency legally failed to do their job and advice my parents of this and then rebook them a new flight. The agency had nearly two months to confirm flights and reschedule anything necessary. They did not do this. My parents showed up to their inner Mexico flight only to be told that airline no longer existed. It had shut down all operations 2 months prior. My parents attempted to buy their own flight there to their next destination but there weren't any flights available. They ended up booking a spot on bus. They bus was leaving 9 hours later and then it was a 12 hour ride. This nightmare could have been avoided if the agency had done their job of actually confirming my parents flights instead of falsely telling them that all of their flights were still good a few days before they left on their trip. We only found our shuttle because a random tour guide took pity on us and located it on the opposite side of the airport with no signage. Only then did we learn the shuttle company was Mapa a name never disclosed to us. At the hotel, we discovered our reservation was under another completely different company name ("Rida"). None of this was communicated in advance. All bookings were placed under my name alone, even though all four travelers paid separately. Because of this incompetence, we spent the entire trip anxious that our prepaid tours and even our return airport transfer might not happen. This level of disorganization is unacceptable, especially for international travel and late-night arrivals. Dubai itself was amazing, but this company turned the start of our trip into a confusing and unsafe situation. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Not only was Albert rude to her, he criticized her for supposedly confusing him with her questions. He then proceeded to tell her that he was really busy and that she was wasting his time. Told her to just go to his office instead. I understand if she's not a customer and just a random caller with questions. However, she was a referral from a customer. Even if she was just a random caller, why be rude to the person? The whole "Antarctica is super hot" comment was just perplexing. A travel agent made this comment...a travel agent. And to make her feel stupid for asking about cruises to Antarctica was unnecessary considering these cruises DO exist. The poor treatment of a referral from a regular customer was very disappointing.
