When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

Don't get me wrong, they do great work and can take of all your framing needs, but their customer service is despicable. I work for a business who has done lots of work with these guys. We typically asked to be invoiced so that our finance department can track payments and accounts. The net turnaround time is (and has always been) 30-45 days. No matter how often I/we have explained this to Rochester Picture Framing, they will call you incessantly to try and get payment. And, to boot, they are very rude about it. This last time was the last straw for us. We will no longer be doing business with RPF ever again. It's not worth the harassing phone calls.

For a small store, they have a beautiful selection of fabrics. I think pretty much anyone would be able to find something to their liking. As for the other bits and bobs needed for quilting, I was able to get almost everything I needed. This is my first quilting endeavor in a very long time, so I'm not going to fault Aurora for not having absolutely everything I needed. Someone who is already an experienced quilter would likely find their selection more than sufficient. As for the customer service, I have no complaints. It's unfortunate that some other reviewers had a bad time, though it appears the previous negative reviews are mostly from a time when the shop was under different ownership. The women at the register were very nice, seemed helpful if you had any questions. I'll definitely be going back.

looked up a frame store to see who could frame my wedding bouquet and found these guys on yelp…read more they were great, professional, kind, willing to work with me when things got difficult. I took photos of my bouquet before I took it apart to dry each of the flowers. I was concerned they wouldn't be able to put it back to together exactly the way it was, but they did! they did such a great job putting my brooches back in the bouquet as well. The frame itself is custom made of course with the wood and colors I wanted to match. fast forward to about a year later (marriage didn't work out) and the owner was very gracious as I reluctantly wanted them to take their awesome work back. The owner gave me the opportunity to at least keep the frame (even willing to change up the look) to repurpose it as they couldn't refund the money. He hung on to it for me for months (and gave me back my brooches) before I made the decision of giving it up entirely. I thought at least they could keep it at their store as a wonderful example of their work on their first framed wedding bouquet.
