I came back a few days later with the receipt and Dan was able to exchange it for a new copy when I came in, no problem. All staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have an excellent selection of records available. The only small caveat I have is that the hours listed online are not accurate. They are not open Mondays and Tuesdays. This was not a problem for me since I live fairly close by, but I think it would be helpful for other customers if the online hours reflected this. Regardless, I'm very happy with the service I received and I'll be coming back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I purchased a game based on information…read moreprovided by the assistant manager, but after getting home I discovered that the information I was given was incorrect. When I returned to the store and explained the situation, I requested a refund because I relied on the employee's recommendation when making my purchase. Store Manager Richard Beltran stepped in and refused to issue a refund, despite my explaining that the mistake originated with his assistant manager. Instead, he directed me to contact customer service. I spent a significant amount of time speaking with customer service, only to be told that they could not assist me and that the store manager should have known they were unable to resolve this type of issue. What frustrated me most was being sent to customer service when there was apparently nothing they could do. When I told Mr. Beltran that I wanted to record him advising me to call customer service, he responded by saying he would call the police and have me trespassed from the store. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I understand that businesses have policies and need to make money, but customer service, accountability, and treating customers fairly should matter as well. I am not a hardcore gamer and relied on the expertise of the store staff when making my purchase. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally.

I don't write reviews let alone take the time to do so but what I witnessed in this shop did not…read moresit right with me at all and I truly regret not speaking up in person. Today I witness; I'm assuming it's the "owner" hackle a young boy for an extra $10 for a item that he claimed has been on the shelf for "3 years" With the price tag labeled at $15. When this young man came into this store he showed up with the intention to buy that one item. Which the young boy kindly asked if he could make a quick transaction while bring his bike inside because he had unfortunately forgotten the lock to his bike at home. During the check out process instead of processing the transaction for the price labeled on the item, the man at the register proceeded to search the internet to try and find the exact same product online to find leverage to increase the price on the product. After failing to do so he then ask the young boy if he was willing to pay $30! Which is double the price of the tag on the item! Luckily the young man had the courage to speak up and try and get a better deal where he ended up paying $25 for a $15 product! To have the audacity to treat a child with that kind of behavior speaks volumes about this man and this "collector shop"! These shops should be built on keeping the inner child alive in everyone and building the future for young collectors. Instead you displayed greed and dishonesty to your young customer. That young man did not deserve for you, a grown adult to take advantage of that young man's innocence. Shame on you A. G. She sold me on more expensive gift yet was very helpful. Please view your cameras to see who I'm speaking about I was there tonight at 7:30pm as I called an hour prior and they said they would hold my product to get by 7:30pm would be good. I'm very upset that man rudeness and negative energy should not work with customer service.
