Oaklee was my massage therapist and she was one of the best massage therapists I've had. I came into town and booked last minute, with lots of aches and pains from major stress in my 50+ body. The facility is clean. They provide you eyewear, towels, stickers (to put on while you tan), some candy and some spray on deodorant when you are done. They also sell tanning supplies as well as tanning packages. Schedule in advanced because spots fill up! All in all Love Brodi's. Brodi is awesome and so are her tanning beds! They have twice as many bulbs than normal beds do and it shows. This is from three 15 minute sessions (once a week- $6 each) They have lotion there that you can buy and complimentary stickers to get the sun tattoos :) Brodi is so sweet and loves to get to know her clients. I hate to leave this review because I love getting my hair cut at brodi's but this was just an awful experience. My roommate and I made back to back appointments with Darby to get gel manicures with nail art for a Christmas party that night. Our appointments were at 2 PM and we arrived early but could not be seen until 2:20-2:30 because her previous appointment ran late. I understand things happen but as soon as we walked back there she told us she had to pick up her child soon and so she could only do one of us. I told her we were getting these manicures for an event tonight and she ended up making other arrangements for a friend to pick up her child. My roommate (who was getting dip powder nails) sat down and got her manicure started but then our tech realized she couldn't get a gel bottle open and proceeded to spend 20 minutes trying to get it open before sending a coworker to the beauty supply store to get another one (Because it was the only bottle in the building). So we switched places and Darby did my polygel manicure while we waited on the supplies for my roommate's. It took her about an hour and a half. (I may be misinformed about this kind of thing but I have NEVER had it take more than 45 minutes max to get a gel manicure) She also gave me sharp square nails that flared out when I repeatedly asked for squoval nails and asked her multiple times to round out the edges. She finally started on my roommate's nails at 5 PM (an hour before we needed to leave) and told her she wouldn't be able to get the nail art and the manicure done by 6:15 when I told her we needed to get out of there. So she ended up walking out of there with no nail art on her hands and a brown and white gel manicure. Darby assured us she would give her a "discount" but she considered a discount to be not charging her for nail art. Which is only fair considering she gave her no nail art. Throughout the manicure process she got about six phone calls, most of which she answered, and altogether it took her about 3.5-4 hours to do two manicures which in my experience is incredibly lengthy Again, I love Brodi's and am grateful for so many of the services there but this experience was just so bad and unprofessional in so many ways. read more

I have been going to Brodis for the last 3 years. I have never been disappointed. I have had my hair bleached and kept it up as a platinum blond for 8 months, and have had it dyed back to my original color, and it faded back perfectly! They are a great staff. This last time I was a little nervous because my hairdresser no longer works there. I went in and had my hair dyed darker with Bonnie. She just moved in to Brodis and has done hair and other things for over 10 years. She was fantastic! I loved my experience and will continue to go back to Bonnie.
