She is an incredible coach, teacher, and healer (among many things) who I have learned so much from. Last year, I stepped into the unknown. Not an unfamiliar place for me but the circumstances were (of course) different. I had just ended a 10 year relationship, was in between jobs, needing to move, and I realized that somewhere along the way I lost myself. Or rather, I forgot who I was. I was starting to identify that my soul's purpose was (is) to be a healer, but had no idea what to do with that or where to go. From the moment I met Jane, I knew her shamanic training program, Luminous Path, was where I needed to be. I wanted her healing as well as her teachings. And while she has provided much healing for me, she also taught me how to heal myself! On top of that, the healing takes place within a tribe of beautiful and strong women wrapped in a safe and secure container that we are all taught to create. Jane taught me how to share openly and vulnerably, how to stand tall and take up space, how to change my false lifehood story, how to let go of limiting beliefs and step into who I really am. I have shifted from codependency to co-commitment both within my relationship with myself as well as with others. I have shifted from feeling insecure to secure, again both within my relationship with myself as well as with others. I found confidence, clarity, peace, and joy. I found myself. I remembered. As the end of the year approached I found myself ready for more. I wanted more healing, more teachings, and more space to integrate it all. Luckily, Luminous Path is a 1-3 year program. Another thing I am grateful for as I am now in year 2! A huge THANK YOU to Jane. I am beyond grateful to know you, to have received your offerings, and to learn these ways from you. Before the session, I was asked if there were any areas of my body that I would like the masseuse to focus on. My service was provided by Lisa. She was sweet, kind, and thoughtful. Lisa gave me a face and scalp massage before starting on my feet, and noticed how much I enjoyed it. So when I moved into the private space for my body massage, she gave my scalp another go. I was in heaven! The areas I had requested to focus on were my shoulders, neck, hips and lower back. Lisa did a great job of balancing her time so all of my trouble areas got the therapy they needed. This felt like a perfect experience. I will definitely ask for Lisa next time I am here for treatment!

On Tuesday, September 15th, we arrived at the hotel at 10 am and went to the front desk. We were greeted by Jessica, who seemed lost and clueless about her duties. She asked for a card, which is standard practice for hotels, but instead of reimbursing us, she charged us the full amount. Jessica promised to reimburse us, but she couldn't provide us with a receipt. This is unacceptable, and we should have been reimbursed immediately. To make matters worse, we discovered that the bar was open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but we had no idea about it. We had been staying at the hotel for three weeks and had never noticed the bar. Before we checked out, I went to the front desk again and asked Jessica why we couldn't just get a refund for the card. She refused to do so and took 20 minutes to explain her position. We will never return to this hotel and will strongly advise others to avoid it. I will also contact all review platforms where we can post a review and will fight for a full reimbursement. Finally, I want to address the issue of Jessica. She needs to be removed from the front desk immediately.

I made a 90 min Swedish massage appointment for 10:30. Shortly before they called to reschedule to…read more11:00 because of traffic. I show up early and massage starts about 11. I have never had a massage that used cold oil. There were 5 interruptions by coworkers requiring the masseuse stop and 3 times leave the room. Then later she makes an outgoing phone call and then received a call and scheduled an appointment. Hot towels to clean the oil from the back but same towels now cold to remove the oil from the front. Then when checking out I was told I requested a Deep Tissue then she said well you needed a DT. I reluctantly paid and then was asked how I was going to leave a TIP. I politely stated that the service I received and asking for a TIP, didn't warrant a TIP. She was upset and said "well it has been busy". I will find elsewhere when visiting HMB in the future.
