Our family has used Bobby and his team for our invisible fence needs since 2021. We have always overlooked the poor communication when reaching out for service calls, mainly because we understood they are a small organization with limited schedule availability. This company has terrible customer service. They won't call you back for the simplest of requests.

Invisible Fence saved my sanity! When my new puppy ran out the front door into the street of our new business, we rushed to IF and asked for help! They were over the same day to install IF in our shop, and Erica and Bobby worked with our quite high maintenance dog to train him on it. They've been so patient with us, and our dog. Brandan was so sweet and caring when we were frantic the day he got out, and reassured us he would be well kept with the new fence. Cant recommend this place enough, particularly if you need a solution for your own high maintenance dog like ours! We also have a harness and leash from their store, and love it! It fits our dog comfortably and even though he loves to chew on his leash, it shows no signs of damage...yet!
