Michelle groomed my little Zoey's hair for over 15 years and when Michelle left another location and moved here - you can bet I didn't hesitate to follow her. She is truly amazing - patient, kind, and so VERY GOOD at what she does. This place also has a wide array of pet food, treats, and other various supplies. I have found that the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when I'm looking for products. And, they also remember and recognize you and your pet(s) - even the ones that aren't yours that you show up with on occasion! Lastly, they are just dog people here! They have openly told me that it's totally okay to bring my pup here on those cold days when it's not safe outside - and to just walk her around the store for exercise - no purchase necessary. Between the owners Terresa and Taylor who are just so so nice, fun and compassionate, to the rest of their staff they're all genuinely happy to see my boy Tucker and seem to enjoy what they do which is so rare. I'm never worried that the staff can't handle a situation with all the dogs in the yard which I've felt before with other doggie day cares. Taylor makes sure everyone outside with the dogs has a good calm energy, which when your working with a pack this size you need. I was worried too about the hot summer weather that it would make the turf too hot for the dogs but they do a great job flooding the turf with the hose so the dogs can cool off, they also have great frozen treats you can purchase for them to give your dog during the day.
