Then The Baby Connection is the place for you! I came here at 23 weeks and 31 weeks because I wanted to see who my baby would like, me or her dad? The ultrasounds done at The Baby Connection are more detailed than what you would normally get at your doctor's office. They have the ability to put photos in 4D and add color to make the photo as close as possible to the baby & to make each detail of the baby very visible. At only $75 for about 10-15min the ultra sound tech will do her best to capture the best photo. Rest assured that if they are unable to get a good photo at your initial session, they allow you to come back for a second session to try again. I felt safe during the ultrasound, the machine is very similar if not the same as what they use at the hospital. The ultrasound room is large enough so that you can bring family and or friends. So glad a friend recommended this place to me for my ultrasound. I came in twice due to not getting good images during my first visit. Both times that I came in I was checked in and seen right away. I booked the 20 minute package which helped due to my baby being a bit uncooperative. The front staff were really nice and helpful. The sonographers were sweet as well. They went over things like what position my baby was in and helped me understand what I was looking at. It's really nice that if they can't get good images of your baby during your first visit, that you can come back for another visit and try again without being charged. I recommend drinking iced cold water before your appointment so that you can get clearer images. It also helps with getting baby to wake up. Something else that was nice was that they can record baby's heartbeat and put it in a stuffed animal that you get to pick out. Im very happy with the images and videos that I received. I had heard of this place through a few friends and thought their 2D gender package was a reasonable price, so I decided to request an appointment online. The website says walk-in only for the 2D package but they're also closed for walk-ins due to COVID, so I just decided to submit the contact form and see if they could take us in. They called within minutes and scheduled us for the following weekend. We showed up early to the appointment as instructed, to fill out simple paperwork. We ended up having to wait about 25 minutes past our appt time to get in! I didn't hear the receptionist start telling people they were running behind until the people who came after us arrived. Normally it wouldn't be too much of a big deal but they are so adamant about being on time for your appt (or risk of cancellation), and also eating something sweet and cold 20-30 minutes prior to the ultrasound for best results, so if they're going to be 30 minutes late then how am I supposed to plan that? I timed it to eat my snack on our car ride over to the appointment. Plus they also tell you not to use the restroom when you arrive, but the wait was too long so by the time I went in, my bladder was full and the technician could even see that in the ultrasound. It lessened the space for the baby so he couldn't spread his legs out and it took quite a while for her to confirm his gender! She was very nice though and really tried her best, having me jump up and down and trying to get the baby to move without me having to use the restroom right then and there. I think she was the only one there so perhaps they need more staff on the weekends. Other than that hiccup, it was a very quick experience and I think it's worth a visit if you're impatient like us and can't wait to find out your baby's gender! read more

My family's experience at Baby Connection Sacramento location was amazing! Receptionist Billie was nice and helpful but our ultrasound technician Monet was wonderful, she was so enthusiastic, I mean her attitude and vibe was everything. The office was nice, the actual room where the ultrasound was done, room was very comfortable. Lots of seating and you're able to bring up to 5 guests with you to your ultrasound. During our two visits, Monet did her absolute best to capture my baby but my baby was hiding both times. My baby had his little arm and hand covering his face most of the time. Also, the way my baby was positioned made it a little hard to capture clear images. Monet did manage to get a few shots and we also got a heartbeat buddy bear with my son heartbeat. This was my last baby and first time experience with 3D/4D ultrasounds and I'm very happy we decided to go to baby connection. I came here because of the great reviews and I really enjoyed the experience. We had an appointment for the 2D premium package, great price! We got here 10 mins early and were greeted by a very nice girl. She checked me in and I paid upfront. I loved that she asked if we wanted to know the gender because we didn't. Once we got in there are a couple of monitors you can see the baby. That was one of the best parts, the big monitor! I had my daughters with me as well and they loved it. When it was time for the gender, the technician told us to close our eyes. When finished we went all out except my friend. Went in for a 10 week ultrasound and it was definitely worth it! My last drs appt before this was at 8 weeks 3 days and it's so cool to see how it grew. We were taken in by walk in service, waited only 10-15 minutes which is not bad at all. Front desk receptionist was super nice & greeted us right when we walked in. Our technician was also friendly as well, we were able to get 2 pictures of my baby GIRL. & she was able to show us a quick glimpse of the 3D version (I'm 26 weeks). Great place to go if you're curious what the gender is, we were told we were having a girl when I was 20 weeks, but I wanted a second opinion since the first time she was moving like crazy, & refused to show what was in between. All I can say is that Tamara is outstanding! I went in at 13 weeks on the day, and she IMMEDIATELY was able to tell me it was a girl. She said she was 100% sure. I believed her, but with wanting a girl so badly, I feared the baby would somehow become a boy (LOL I'm crazy, I know). I went back in at just shy of 16 weeks to get a confirmation to ease my mind and she's definitely still a baby girl. Tamara is incredibly talented. Amazing experience! Tamara was able to tell baby's gender at 13 weeks (even though he was being stubborn!). Came back for our free confirmation a week later and he was still a boy! Also, we came 2 hours past walk in hours, oops! But Tamara was sweet enough to accommodate us after her scheduled appointment(: we appreciated that SO much! We got more great quality pictures printed, a gift bag of goodies for baby & we purchased a panda heart beat buddy. Tamara is so nice & made us feel so comfortable, she was super funny, Very patient & we honestly left feeling like we got more than we paid for. Came here last month to find out the gender of our baby. The entire process was incredibly easy here. The website is great at explaining all options for ultrasound packages We opted for the basic 2D scan, which is by walk-in only. We got here around 10 or 11am and were checked in right away by a very friendly receptionist. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet, which I appreciated as I was super anxious. The room where we had the ultrasound was also relaxing and clean. All of the staff made sure to ask us if we wanted to know the gender out loud before we went in to see the baby so that there was no accidents. Our ultrasound tech was extremely good. She was sweet and took her time with us, and did a great job at explaining what we were looking at on the ultrasound. We were delighted to find out the gender of our baby! The scan lasted around five minutes, as indicated on the website it would. When the two printed pictures the receptionist provided us were too dark to see, she graciously offered to take her time to try to reprint them again for us at better quality, even though she didn't have to and printed pics aren't really a part of the basic 2D gender determination package. They have a cute wall for photo ops once you find out boy or girl where you can pose with little signs announcing which one. We took a cute pic and went about our day, elated at the news. I think the entire process lasted about an hour. The only criticism I have is the suite was way hard to find inside the building, however that's not really their fault as I am sure they have no control over it. I think the people behind us even mentioned it to them and I believe they said the signage in the lobby was incorrect. Whatever though, they provided us with the best day of our lives, all for a mere $40 taboot. We highly recommend Baby Connection to anyone wanting to visit a private ultrasound location and we plan on coming back for a 3D/4D package once I am farther along in my pregnancy. read more

went in yesterday for my 4d ultrasound. they were super nice and tried hard to get different positions and photos of baby enough though he was not budging lol. its was $85 fot the 4d package. we probably spent about 30 minutes there and it came with 4 colored photos, disc of all photos taken, disc of heartbeat, a box of pedisure, and two small containers of similac formula. i say it was worth the money when you get the extras too. plus i was really curious to see what my son looked liked. read more
