Delivered right to the house and staged the tables and chairs neatly where instructed (I opted against the additional charge for set up for timeline reasons, but the fee seemed reasonable and I would have paid if it worked out). The tables and chairs were of good quality, which was what I expected, and were in the correct quantity. The delivery team counted the chairs and tables with me to verify accuracy and showed me how to fold the chairs properly. Next time I need similar items I'm calling J's Party Rental first and only.

They advised that they only have a 25 mile radius and our venue was 32 --- 7 miles extra than what they cover...the rep I was speaking with advised they would reach out to I assume is the owner and see if he would still be willing to deliver and would follow up with me Monday (this was on a friday) Monday comes around and I hadn't received an update so I reached out JoAnn, the rep I had been speaking with, advised she had not heard anything and will try again. Another day goes by and I had not received a response so I reach out again and she advises they would deliver for a $300 delivery fee. Their regular deliver fee according to the website is $50 for up to 12 miles and $2 per mile after. Under normal circumstances this would be a total of $90 for a delivery. I completely understand their delivery radius but my venue is 7 miles out of their coverage zone. $50 to even up to $100 would have been a reasonable upcharge for a convenience fee charge but For 7 miles they are charging an extra $210!!! Completely obscene! When I addressed my concern JoAnn advised that she initially stated that I was not in her coverage zone and that she's sorry I feel some type of way...just all around bad business...I had high hopes for this company as they were heavily recommended and the reviews were great I really cannot believe how they handled themselves

However, there is no paint or kiln cost it's all included with the price of the ceramic so it makes sense that it is on the higher side. But with the cost of paint included we watched the employee ADD WATER into the paint bottles there. Then when I went to use the black paint it was so watery that it bled onto my other designs. I mean it's ceramic paint, not water color. When I told the girl working she said her boss added too much water to the black paint. My mom asked for the name of her boss and the girl said Videria but not sure how to spell it but didn't want to give her name. When I asked what to do about my piece because I had just spent hours working on it to have black paint run on it, she asked what I wanted her to do about it. I mean I feel like if you work at a pottery shop you should know how to wipe off paint or fix something if it gets messed up. My brother was working on a larger piece and on his second coat of paint when she came over and told him less goes farther. And took his paint away to bring him back a little amount. I'm not sure that treating people this way and diluting paints is the best way to run a paint pottery shop. If a boss or owner wants to reach out with their contact info my mom has a photo of the girl. At the end we spent $140 for four small ceramics and had inattentive service, and saw how slimy a business this place really is.

As with many craft stores, some things are excellent value and other things seem remarkably expensive. They have seemingly unlimited selection of COLOR ORGANIZED ribbon, flowers, adornments for mums and wreathes, supplies for making wreathes.... There's so much. I'm pretty sure my brain was glitching the entire time I was shopping. I ended up with an assortment of potential projects on top of what I already had to do. I realize I am obviously being scammed by this "company" and I am not going to receive my order, so I go into my PayPal account to dispute the payment and the company had cancelled my payment this week.
