INX Is by far a very good, very responsive janitorial service company. From the very beginning they were very easy to contact and obtain excellent price quotes and a very good service contract. Pedro Vasquez managed the actual cleaning team and was always on top of things for us. He took care of handlng the security devices in our facilities and oversaw the cleaning crew. From the corporate side of INX, Amanda Panzer, Chase Mooney and Silvio Morales were all amazing as they supporting each other in insuring that the work was always done in a satisfactory manner. Everyone on the INX team was extremely responsive to any call that I made and to questions that I had. They even made suggestions that were very helpful regarding the performance of the details in our contract. Without the slightest doubt or reservation, I would not hesitate for a moment hesitate to recommend them to others for janitorial work. PLEASE READ: Not sure what the positive reviews are but we have a small warehouse and it started really well but then completely dropped off. Claimed they would mop and dust which was never done. Constantly had to check cameras for footage and send it to them to prove services were never done. Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash. read more

Is it possible to give more than 5 stars? I should be able to! We had this service for YEARS, going back to 2007. We cancelled the service in 2019, as we were bringing the cleaning in house. Fast forward to the end of 2020 and we decided to go back to this company to handle more of the deep cleaning. iNX is the first and only janitorial service we have used. We previously had an internal full time staff for janitorial. There are many, many janitorial companies in our area and as I mentioned, iNX is the only one we have actually used. Their initial approach was not too aggressive (as many typically are) and was very thorough and professional. It has been almost three years now and we have never had any major issues with iNX or their franchise staff. Issues that have come up, have been handled quickly and efficiently using their communication portal. This is by far the WORST cleaning company we've used in our building. Their crew has stolen from the supply closet and when confronted about it they said that it was only intended to be "borrowed" and there was no adequate apology, only a half-assed "sorry you're so upset" type of email response. This was the last straw I could take. They failed to perform at a basic level ie refilling toilet paper and toilet seat covers on a regular basis. I would never EVER rec them in a million years... The only reason why we contracted with them is because they were the cheapest quote we got.. But you know as the saying goes.. You get what you pay for! read more
