Loved this service!! . After weeks of being too busy to clean, my apt was gross :( The more things I had to clean, the less time I suddenly had, until I couldn't take it anymore. I reached out to three cleaning services in my area, via yelp, and BeeNeet was the 2nd to respond, close to 2 hours later. I set up the appt for the next day. The original price discussed was around $120 for a two bedroom apt, less than 500 square feet, one cleaner for 2 hours. Once they sent the quote, I was able to pay directly through the form via my bank log in. Super fast, and very convenient since I was worried about having to get cash and leave it out for them while I'm not there. They arrived, on time, while I was at work (my mom let them in). They eventually called me saying that in order to get the best service, I would need to be charged an additional $80 dollars for another cleaner. (My appt was really dirty. Yikes!) He was very polite about it and understanding the condition of the apt, I agreed. He sent another invoice and I paid via my bank log in. Another reason I agreed is because the total price of $200 was $50 cheaper than the lowest price for the two other companies that responded for my request of a quote. (Also $120 seemed too good to be true). He gave me a call when they were leaving. They'd prefer that someone be there to inspect their work, but again, I was at work. I came home that evening in HEAVEN. The house was spotless, and all without the cleaners touching any of my personal items that were located on side tables and counters. I will definitely be using them again and if I don't wait so long, hopefully I can get that $120 deal. I would definitely recommend. read more
