We saw their add on a van and decided to try them out to clean one of our Air BNB's. First they arrived super late (nothing pronto about their service). When they arrived, one of their workers was coughing. He said he thought he was getting sick but they let him work. We called right away and asked them to remove that worker for safety reasons. They got upset. I left and let the other worker clean the property. I went back to check the work when the work was done since it was the first time we tried them. The toilets and shower were super dirty, they didn't even wash the sheets like they were instructed to. The worst part was they took the vacuum we leave in the property for the guest. We called their office and explained what happened. They tried to blame it on the guest that stayed there. I told them I arrived when the guest checked out to see how they left the property.
