Tried to explain that the previous confrontation was his responsibility, that he misunderstood something because he was on the phone at the time. He began almost yelling at me in the parking lot, in front of other customers. Using at least one cuss word. In both cases, Parrousch acted impulsively and inappropriately. In short, he has the EQ of a nine year old. He is just not suited to be a downline employee, much less a manager. Would recommend you avoid this location unless you are fond of confrontations. If I had been as impulsive and attacking as Parrousch, would've ended up in a fist fight. He outweighs me by about 40 pounds.

A dear friend was visiting from Portland, ORE. so we planned a party. My friend ordered wine for the party from wine country. I was notified it would arrive the date of the party. I wanted to arrange for an early pick up time. The, typically helpful young man told me I could arrange a pick up in 24 hours, but I needed to do it quickly because we were at the 24 hour limit. I went home and made the delivery change immediately. The day of party I got an email that the delivery for pick up was for the next day which was 48 hours and after the party. I was heart sick and nothing I could do. Just beware when you make a change for delivery, it takes 48 hours not 24!

I had an extremely upsetting experience at this USPS location in Nashville. The clerk I worked with…read morewas unnecessarily difficult and dismissive. She made me redo my boxes three separate times. I used a white label and removed the Priority branding from the top, yet she repeatedly told me I could not send the package -- even though the exact same label was visibly hanging at the counter and is clearly used by others. When I tried to calmly point this out, she told me I "wasn't listening" and spoke down to me instead of explaining things professionally. Her tone and behavior felt judgmental from the start, and it seemed clear she simply didn't like me and decided to make the process as difficult as possible. The worst part was that she appeared to find the situation amusing, doing this in front of other customers while I became increasingly stressed. And then I happened to be in the Green Hills vicinity with a package to mail. I knew there was a UPS store on Hillsboro Pike near the mall, so I gave them a try. Oh my goodness, what a tremendous difference between them and everyone else in the business!! I walked in expecting the same disappointment that I've experienced so many times with FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service. There were two customers being helped by two employees. I didn't have much tome, and this could take forever because there will inevitably be an issue with BOTH customers that takes 20 minutes to resolve. That's how it's always been in my experience. Suddenly, as I approached the counter, a third employee emerged and happily took care of me at her register. But surely there will be some sort of issue with my package, or a delay, or a poorly trained employee that turns a simple package drop off into some sort of saga, right? No!! Absolutely no saga!! She had my package checked in and was handing me a receipt in 30 seconds. It was literally 30 seconds from the start to the finish of the transaction!! I was stunned! Thank you, UPS in Green Hills, for a painless and effortless experience far beyond any other way to ship packages in Nashville! I didn't know such a thing still existed.
