This is one of the best if not the best UPS Store I've ever used. My wife and I both work from home and we often need to get presentations printed and bound. The employees are always helpful and fun even when things are a little busy and stressful. They do a great job. This last time in (a little before Christmas) the store was busy and my wife needed some things turned around quickly. I offered to go pick up the packets they were putting together. Follow-up to previous post. Visited the store to talk to the manager, Parrouch who was walking in when I was leaving. Tried to explain that the previous confrontation was his responsibility, that he misunderstood something because he was on the phone at the time. He began almost yelling at me in the parking lot, in front of other customers. Using at least one cuss word. In both cases, Parrousch acted impulsively and inappropriately. In short, he has the EQ of a nine year old. He is just not suited to be a downline employee, much less a manager. Would recommend you avoid this location unless you are fond of confrontations. If I had been as impulsive and attacking as Parrousch, would've ended up in a fist fight. He outweighs me by about 40 pounds. read more

The employees in this office are very nice, cooperative & helpful however, they gave me some inaccurate information which gave me heartache. A dear friend was visiting from Portland, ORE. so we planned a party. My friend ordered wine for the party from wine country. I was notified it would arrive the date of the party. I wanted to arrange for an early pick up time. The, typically helpful young man told me I could arrange a pick up in 24 hours, but I needed to do it quickly because we were at the 24 hour limit. I went home and made the delivery change immediately. The day of party I got an email that the delivery for pick up was for the next day which was 48 hours and after the party. I was heart sick and nothing I could do. Just beware when you make a change for delivery, it takes 48 hours not 24! read more

When you lock the door 10 min before close AND all your customers that were inside leave before closing time, you've really screwed your customers over. I got lucky that one of the big brown trucks rolled up so through the open roll-up door I was able to get the attention of what seemed like a manager. He said when they're on the desk alone they're allowed to lock the door 5 minutes early. Well that doesn't explain why the locked door 10 min when 2 guys were on the counter taking packages. He directed me to the door to the mailboxes and front counter. One of the counter employees was very unhappy to see me asking how I got in. The other did the receipt and labeled and took the box that had to sent that day. I left before close. It's clear we have a labor shortage when that jerk of a person is still there weeks later. Most of the people are plenty good but this guy (and maybe 1 more) are definitely bad apples. read more

Never pick up the phone. Laziest people I know. Woman gives me attitude for not wearing a mask every time I come in.

It's conviene for me to come to this location. It's hit or miss with customer service. Sometimes they are great, other times they are bad. I've been to other UPS stores. Some have been better, some the same. So I guess what I'm saying is that my expectations aren't high and so I'm no ever really surprised if it's not great but happy when it is. read more

The customer service here has gone drastically downhill in the last ~6 months. I've used this store for 6+ years and it was once an integral part of my business. Now I'm desperately looking for a new box location once my contract is up. The staff has experienced a lot of turnover recently and the new regime is disastrous. There's one nice lady in there, but she's PAINFULLY SLOW and doesn't quite have the hang of things. The rest are rude, lazy, and incompetent. You can always hear them arguing with the manager or hear the manager imploring them to work. They'll all catch an attitude with you over the simplest things - it's just ridiculous. Not to mention the wait times - it's not uncommon to wait 20+ minutes while one person works the counter and 4-5 people just stand around doing nothing. Something's gotta give. read more

OK. I see now why all the bad reviews. The people at this store are terrible. Terribly rude. Terribly unhappy. And terrible at customer service. There's literally four parking spots in the whole place. And there was no where to park. So I did my best because I only had some packages to drop off. The first words the guy spoke to me were "don't park there next time. L" no problem, there won't be a next time. And then because I didn't have a mask, because I left it at home 7 miles away, they had me leave my packages outside the door. So I left $8000 worth of merchandise outside their door. read more

This store is awful. They are rude, give attitude. On multiple occasions now I have had packages stolen when I drop them off without getting a receipt. Don't use this UPS store. They steel packages. I have heard the same from others. read more

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The notary was not at the store for my scheduled appointment time. When I asked an employee if he could find out when the notary would be back, he began yelling at me that there was no way he could have that information. This was after I had already waited 25 minutes before an employee even came to the front desk. Do not go here. read more

Great service from Hanu! My husband and I rushed in just about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday afternoon needing to ship several boxes and a framed water color related to closing an estate. Hanu helped with assuring the boxes were secure and accepted the framed painting to be wrapped, boxed and shipped. He explained that they could not be shipped until Monday because the truck had already left, but assured us that he would store the items securely and would personally see that they were shipped on Monday morning and would arrive timely. Sure enough he did everything he said, while being patient, cheerful and unhurried despite the store closing. All items arrived very carefully packed and timely. This UPS Store is special because it functions as Belmont University's student shipping center. They do everything they can to serve students including offering mailing label pouches and taping up return packages for free. The print services are even more of a hidden gem in this store. Rob and his team are incredibly professional with their business printing services but they also can help out students. Rob helped me out with my recital posters and went above and beyond any of my expectations for how incredibly they turned out. He adjusted the color so they would come out brightly and he cut them so perfectly. His prints just look amazing compared to your average job. Definitely recommended to check out if you're a Belmont student. Love you Rob! read more

Part of my sour experience with the store was due to the app and how the tracking will say it was delivered to the store and yet at the store itself it's not available for pick up. Something weird on that level, not this UPS' fault, however, the customer service representative I talked to was extremely rude. Some other reps seemed nicer but I was mainly interacting with this one guy. I did not understand why I could not pick up my overnight UPS Next Day Air Saver package when we paid an extra $55 dollars to get it by 7pm that night, and the package had arrived six hours earlier that day. This was my first time at this store so I asked him why I could not get my package when it was inside the facility. After a lot of back and forth of me trying to figure out why I couldn't get my package, which again is not on the employees themselves but more on an instructional level, this guy pointed to the line behind me and said "this is why I can't get your package right now. I can look for it if you want to wait for the line to go away." So I waited a few minutes and he asked me my name and he went off. When he came back, he called me by the wrong name, showing that he was not even looking for the package I gave him my name for, and dragged a big white container full of packages to the doorframe and told me in a very condescending and mainsplaining way that they had not organized the packages in that bin and six others and that he would have to go through all of them to find my package. Was very rude when all I wanted to know was why I could not grab the important package I paid the overnight shipping fee (an extra $55 dollars) to get that day, and that had arrived six hours prior. At the very least he did not need the dramatic visual display of "all the work I was making him do." I'm all for workers telling off awful customers but that moment and his increasing attitude really felt disproportionate to the situation. I know I was not a delightful situation to their presumably long workday but the service made me stressed out and loathing having to go back and go through this kind of service again. (Also, don't bother calling them cause they won't pick up) read more

Horrible customer service, avoid this UPS location. 12/17 and I just returned home from my third visit to the Belmont University UPS Store to retrieve a package. Location staffed with unpleasant privileged Belmont students clueless in customer service. We had a high value delivery to our home, which delivery agent decided should not be left at our home (even though no signature required). Delivery slip stated to arrive at this store yesterday at 4pm. Trip 1 after 4pm yesterday - sorry, not here yet. Trip 2 at 9:30 this morning - tall, curly headed Caucasian (and very rude) kid moved his mouse around and said sorry, not here yet. No interest in checking to see if it had arrived and when I asked if I would have to wait in line 20 deep when I can back stood there with an empty stare and responded yes. Upon returning home and checking UPS tracking discovered package had arrived 6:30 prior evening. Called store and spoke with another clueless associate, explained my situation, put on hold for 3 minutes, he responded with "it just arrived". Retuned to store to retrieve my package, expressed my frustration and was insulted with a sarcastic "Merry Christmas" from clueless Curly as I left for the third time. Three trips for a package that was to be delivered to my home. Would be nice if these kids understood the challenges their customers are enduring during tough times. This store is very poorly managed. Avoid at all costs unless dropping off Amazon returns...and make sure you ask for a tracking receipt. read more

This store was fine but I was astonished by the printing prices. I assumed it would be priced per page, and the computer said it was a $3 minimum or so. No problem. Turns out it was priced by the minute and my 23 pages of black and white cost 9.85. So just be aware of the printing prices--not a huge deal, but much more expensive than the place I usually go to. read more

Robb and his team at the UPS Belmont location went above and beyond what I expected in terms of knowledge of the market, graphic design that catches the eye, competitive pricing but most of all, the customer service I received was beyond my high expectations.
