I bought my 2020 F150 new to replace an older one. My last truck had a factory spray in Bed-liner. This one came with dealer one from Inyati. So far the worst of all the ones I had. After the first few weeks of use I had chunks taken out. Brought it back for warranty and was told it was my fault because of what I loaded in the truck. When they agreed to repair it they said the color will not match. (This was only one month after I purchased the truck) now years later I have many more chunks in the liner. My 2023 truck will have a factory liner for Sure. read more

Looks good at first but once I put some lumber in there it scratched it and took a chunk out of it. The second day I owned the truck it already started peeling off. They claim to be the best in the world. LOL WOW.. With a solid plastic bed liner it not only costs less, it will actually protect your trucks bed. This liner is only designed to look good but it's not functional, and with no contact info on their site it makes me wonder how many complaints they are avoiding?? read more

You get three stars because you stuck a crooked ass sticker on the back of my window with no permission! You don't put three inch stickers on peoples vehicles with out asking first, this is common sense! Other than that, the Bed liner looks great. read more

I am so disappointed with the customer experience my Fiancé had here today. We were quoted at $295 for the bed liner, but when we checked out it's over $400... come to find out it's $100 installation fee. At no point did their sales person mention this to me, so I was obviously shocked. The salesmen brought the manager and he ask "Well what do you want me to do about it?" Uh, I want you to charge me the price you quoted me. The installation work is great, is won't lie, but the vibe and the customer experience was awful. It's notabout the money, but just a good experience and being rude because your salesperson is poorly informed or not good at their job isn't my fault, as a business owner you should eat that. I won't be going back - other people do great work too without being total jerks. read more

When equipment issues cropped up, he kept me advised and assured me of delivery. I was going to give them a 5 star review however they decided it was a good idea to put a sticker on my truck without asking. My father in-law took in my Ram 2500 for a bed liner. The bed liner looks great but who just goes ahead and puts a sticker on someone's truck like that? Extremely uncool and unprofessional. If I have any issues removing it they will be receiving the bill to have my window re-tinted. read more

I got my truck bed done today and what a beautiful job they did. They told me it would take 2 hours and they lied! It took less than that. Ashley in the front office was fantastic and very personable. You should be grateful you have her. The only downside is turn on the heat in the front office as poor Ashley was wearing a winter jacket at noon! read more

I had my dad's Dodge Ram 2500 bedliner installed at Inyati and couldn't have been happier! The store manager, Denver, was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We also had the extra UV protection applied and the final product was perfect. You could tell they did the job right. They removed the LED lights in the bed, the tailgate bolts to access the back of the latch and all of the drain holes are still functional. I would definitely go back and recommend anyone here. In and out in a little more than an hour and looks good. The reason for the three stars is that I was told when asked, via email, that the bedliner would be approximately 1/8" thick and in all of the places where you can see the thickness (edges and holes) it is at most 1/16" thick. When I brought this up I was told that he bedliner is guaranteed (with exclusions of course). It's fine that it is guaranteed but I still expect to get what I was told I would get. Also, who wants to take time out of there day to have something fixed that wasn't done as advertised in the first place. Hopefully it holds up even though it was applied thinner than "advertised"! read more

I wanted a quality back bumper protector for my SUV that the dealer could not offer nor could I find one on line. Smart Wrap offers a spray-on truck bed liner. It is non-slick, beautiful, flexible, and durable. It actually looks better than any commercial protector ... and it is costumized to fit your vehicle. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. They had not done this type of bumper protection on a vehicle before... but they agreed to try. They assured me that if the product lifted or I was dissatisfied with it, they would make it right. I truly believe that they would. I recommend this little company to anyone looking for protection for an SUV with a big dog with sharp claws. I had this put on an Acura MDX. It looks very classy. Inyati was recommended to me since they sell Truck Covers, a high level brand of tonneau cover. I called, talked to the manager of the McDowell Rd. store who said they would not order a cover for me without me coming in so they could measure the truck bed. This would avoid ordering the wrong size. I did that. When the cover came in, that store could not fit me in to their installation schedule despite being assured they would be able to right away. (I was leaving for vacation the coming Monday). I was told I could go to the Deer Valley store on Saturday. About ten minutes after I arrived I was told the cover didn't fit my truck and now I couldn't secure the bed and couldn't take the truck on vacation. I said I thought I deserved a discount for my trouble, driving a 2nd 60 mile round trip (totalllng more than 2 hours) from my southwest valley home to not get a truck cover installed. It turns out the first manager looked at the truck but didn't measure it resulting in their ordering the wrong cover. They installed the cover and offered me a $50 gift card. I think that is an insulting amount for the time and expense of driving my diesel truck that far three times for a product that could have been purchased and installed in one trip if they had asked me to actually measure the length of the bed like the professional should have done. A higher up I talked to asked what my problem was, and when I told him he was surprised and said he hadn't heard the details from his staff. As I told him what happened he told me his staff shouldn't have done certain things the way they did. He also asked me what would make it right in my eyes. I told him an additional $200 gift card. He got back with me and said they would send me a $100 gift card. While I understand $250 total is high, they did not do their job right, would not admit it, and still made a large profit even with the $150 discount. The price I could have gotten the cover for online plus their $70 hourly charge for installation would have been significantly less than what I paid. I will never go back. read more
