I cannot thank these guys enough! I was involved in a hit and run and decided to get the Lexus repaired by PAC. Family owned and operated business. As soon as they walked outside to greet me, it was amazing vibes. Very knowledgeable and personable. I love my car and I felt it would be in the best hands with them. I was right. Excellent service! Great communication! I brought my BMW M3 in for some paint work after a years of rock chips. They did an amazing job on the paint work for my car and I would without a doubt come back to them again. This shop is honest and reliable and does what they say they will do. The owner was approachable, respectful, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel uncomfortable--even when the questions may have seemed basic. He was highly responsive, communicated clearly, and provided detailed instructions regarding the work needed on my vehicle. I was visiting Phoenix from LA for a Wedding, I hit some debris on the Freeway and then when parking the parking bumper caught underneath the front bumper and bull something loose. I had to get a wedding an hour away and on a Saturday Morning, George came in and got my car right and I was on my way to the wedding and back to LA. I highly recommend PHX and George to the people in Phoenix. read more

I took my auto here for repair after reading so many great reviews on Google. George was the first to greet me and was super courteous and professional. I did not have an appointment. I was told I could bring it in for a free estimate at my convenience during business hours. George evaluated the damage within minutes of my arrival (I had an unfortunate front end meeting with a steel pole) and he assured me it would not be a major or time consuming repair. He proceeded to offer to do it while I waited if I had the time. Who does that??!! I was so pleased and said I would be happy to wait. All the bays were busy and I got the feeling he gave up a lunch break to help me out. He proceeded to work on my vehicle and within the hour I was driving away with my car looking as if nothing ever happened. Amazing! Great work and great work ethic. I can't say enough great things about my experience. Strongly urge that you check this business out. read more

They fixed one of the issues,, however, within a month the sides of the bumper were popping out. The owner's wife said that they could glue it back on and I said NO GLUE I took it back twice to get it fixed and finally she said that "they were a small body shop and if the insurance company was not gonna cover it they would not fix it." I took it to another body shop recently to have it fixed. They said the front bumper was not put on correctly and that they had to clean up a lot of glue. I would not recommend using this body shop.

Short version: Amazing service, fair pricing, and went above and beyond. I found my new mechanic. Long version: My wife's vehicle needed to get new shocks installed on all 4 wheels. The first place I went tried to overcharge her. I knew how many hours it should take to do the job, and I knew how much the parts cost. I've got two kids under 2 years old, and money doesn't grow on trees. PHX Auto Collision was fair and understanding, and they were transparent about the pricing before bringing the vehicle in, since I already knew exactly what work I wanted to have done. They were also EXTREMELY accommodating to my busy schedule. I'm trying not to be specific here because I don't want to set an expectation for other customers, but let me put it to you this way... I'm the guy who goes to a fast food restaurant and enjoys pressing $0 on the tip screen... I'm extremely frugal (ok fine, call me cheap). On the right front wheel I wrecked the bumper going over a big curb; the whole bumper on my Subaru looked like it might need to be replaced! I found PHX Auto Collision, figured out how to get to their location and dropped in. Did they knew of a way to repair the bumper over the wheel even if it might be "temporary"? I asked. They did! The lower piece of our Highlander bumper fell and dragged on the street. It needed to be replaced. The first place I contacted wanted what seemed to me an outrageous price to replace it. After reading reviews about PHX Auto Collision I stopped by and George gave me a price that was more than fair.
