Mechanically, the car has always been excellent, but cosmetically it had really started to show its age. The front and rear bumpers, the spoiler, and the door handles were all losing their clear coat. It honestly looked like a bad case of sunburn. On top of that, all four wheels had noticeable curb rash. For a car with such low mileage, it was frustrating to see it looking that worn down. We brought it to USA Collision at 10020 N Cave Creek Rd and worked with Hovik, the estimator. From the start, he was confident and straightforward. He told us the car would look like new when the work was done--and he absolutely delivered on that promise. The paint finish is flawless, everything matches perfectly, and the attention to detail really stands out. The wheels look great again, and the entire car looks better than we remember it ever looking, even when it was newer. It's not easy to trust someone with a car you care about, especially one in such good mechanical condition, but USA Collision earned that trust. The quality of their work speaks for itself. I'm very glad we found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality body and paint work.

They fixed one of the issues,, however, within a month the sides of the bumper were popping out. The owner's wife said that they could glue it back on and I said NO GLUE I took it back twice to get it fixed and finally she said that "they were a small body shop and if the insurance company was not gonna cover it they would not fix it." I took it to another body shop recently to have it fixed. They said the front bumper was not put on correctly and that they had to clean up a lot of glue. I would not recommend using this body shop.

My insurance company wanted to total out my 2008 S80 Volvo damaged in a hit and run accident this year. I took it to Sam's who had done a fantastic job for me two years ago. They did an estimate that was more reasonable than the shops the insurance company wanted to use and helped me get the insurance company to reconsider and repair it instead. They did a fantastic job, exactly as quoted, and did it in record time. It looks better than new. Did I mention this is a Veteran owned business to boot. The father and son team of Sam and Mark know their business, are more than fair in their pricing, and will bend over backwards to help you in any way possible get your vehicle back on the road. You can't find a more honest, quality shop for accident repairs than Sam's Auto Body and Paint. Take your vehicle there first and save your time and money. My highest recommendation!! read more

A couple months ago my car was damaged by a hit and run in front of my house. My daughter picked Sams based on past reviews. They helped me arrange to have it towed and kept me posted while they determined what needed to be done. My car was back to me mechanically sound and looking like new in a week. I really appreciated their thoroughness and the extra mile they went to make sure it was well done. SO when my car was involved in a traffic accident I called Sams again and once again experienced their attention to detail. It took a little longer this time but Mark kept me posted every step of the way. Again, my experience was very positive and I would recommend Sams! Love these guys! Sam's auto body and paint shop is awesome. Probably the best body shop I have ever dealt with. The repairs to my 2021 Silverado were very well done. Even knowing where the damages occured you cannot see the repairs. The paint is a perfect match. Mark (owner) sent emails to inform me of the status of the repairs as work was progressing. The work was completed in a timely manner despite discovering hidden damages. If you are looking for a body shop that offer fair pricing, great workmanship, timely repairs and pleasant interactions this is the place. I highly recommend this body shop. read more

I will never go anywhere else for work on my car! Mark is so helpful with whatever needs to be done. He always tried to get the best deal for the job. My side mirror was broken and he painted it and everything before I even got there, then it took about 5 minutes to put on! Another place quoted me more money and said they needed my car for 2 days!!! I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone who needs work done on their car! I'm so thankful I found this place! I took in my ELR for some damage done by a tall truck to the rear quarter panel. They matched the paint perfectly (candy apple red, hard to do) and did the repairs so I couldn't even tell where it was damaged. Great communications, even when their parts where held up they let me know, promptly. AWESOME and hard to find a company that's sets this high a bar for customer service. read more

My mom had her car painted here and the paint job was amazing!!!! A few days ago, a friend was moving her car and bumped into the house leaving some scratches on the bumper cover. I am extremely hesitant to bring my car to a mechanic shop normally because my dad typically fixes my cars for me. I wanted to give him a break so that is what lead me here. A little over a year ago I brought my car in for a horrible noise it was making. They diagnosed it and over $1,000 later I got the call my car was fixed and ready. As I was driving away, the same very glaring and obvious noise happened even before I left the parking lot. I called and let them know it was still making the noise so they had me bring it back the next day. I went on a drive with one of the mechanics so I could make sure they knew what noise I was talking about. They kept my car, put some oil/lubricant on a few things, and said good to go. Again, my car made the noise as I drove out of the parking lot. I called again to tell them it was still making the noise and I was told, "I don't know what to tell you, your car is old and we could spend years looking for what is causing the noise." And that was it. No offer to try to figure it out and I've now spent the money I barely could afford as a single mom and my car is not fixed. And I don't have the additional funds at the time to take it elsewhere because I spent it with them. Here I am, over a year later and the car is still making the noise because I'm nervous about trying at another mechanic. My friend over the past year has had two very similar experiences where the initial issue was not fixed at first and she has had to go back. She had to pay for the non-fixes and again for the going back to actually get it fixed. I have no doubt the work they did on my car was done properly, however it was not the right work or the fix for my issue. The employee even said he thought what they replaced looked like it had already been replaced before (like it was not the original part). I feel like that should have raised a flag that maybe it wasn't the part that needed replacing. I would use caution when considering going here.

Kat was super quick with her responses and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and process for repairs. Dropped off the vehicle with Kat at Altra and heard back less than 24 hours later on the assessment outcome. Unfortunately, the accident had left some damage to the truck frame itself, which could not be seen until break down of the vehicle. While I'm sure sharing this outcome with me was just as unfavorable as hearing the unfortunate news, Kat was extremely kind in letting me know options I had as I shared I am not a car-savvy lady. She went over all possible options and gave me some extra time to think about what I wanted to do moving forward. Ultimately because of the age of the vehicle, it was not worth putting the money in to fix and ended up selling it to part out. Even with the unfortunate outcome (due to the accident), I would 10/10 recommend Kat and her crew over at Altra to anyone who is needing repairs. She was fast, honest, knowledgeable and did everything in her power to ensure the right decision was made at the end of the day.
