My car was stolen, after being the middle guy between the towing company and the tow yard my car was stored in, I called Allard Collision. Alana (I probably messed up her name, I'm sorry) answered the phone, I was super stressed and told her I needed to speak to someone who is patient, understanding, and someone that could help me get my car out of the tow yard. I spent 2 weeks waiting for my insurance company, the tow truck company, and the tow yard to communicate and all get on the same page so my car could be released/towed. I was burning through my car rental days and the tow yard was accruing charges by the day but they refused to communicate with anyone to get my car released. The young woman who represents Allard should be given a promotion, she was so helpful, kind, patient, and communicative. She had my car towed all the way from Gilbert to 19th Ave and Deer Valley by the next day! At every update someone would call or text me to let me know where we were in the process. Angel helped with the estimate and update portion, he was also very kind. He knew my situation, so when my insurance wouldn't cover certain things, he made sure to take my budget into consideration and gave me some great options! My car spent less time at Allard getting repaired than it did sitting in the tow yard. They're fast, efficient, and have great customer service! Just wanted to say thanks to Angel and the rest of the crew at Allard. I hit some debris in the road a couple of weeks ago that just destroyed the front end of my car. I had used Allard a year or so back and had a great experience so I knew who to call. I made 1 call to Angel and that was it.
