We scheduled for the next day after noon. However, due to the short notice, certain parts were not at hand for them to do our service so they went out of their way trying to find them. Because of the delay they had another appointment to tend to but were able to squeeze us in later in the evening. It was not an ideal time, but after all we understood it was short notice and appreciated their willingness to squeeze us in. All in all, the job was done very well and we received the best customer service there is out there. In January 2025, I visited this store only to open two phone lines for myself and my child. From the very beginning, I clearly told the staff that my English proficiency is limited and that I did NOT need home internet service. Despite this, the employee repeatedly insisted that I take a "free" home internet device and clearly stated that it would not be charged and that no fees would apply unless it was activated. This statement was misleading. In January 2026, my family discovered that I had been charged over $2,600 within one year, including approximately $50 per month for home internet service that was never used, never activated, and never even opened. The charges also included other unexplained fees. My account history clearly shows no usage of home internet service. What is even more concerning is that after calling 611, I was told that billing notifications were sent to an AOL email address that does NOT belong to me. I never provided or authorized this email. Because of this, I did not receive billing notices for an entire year, allowing these charges to continue without my knowledge. This is a serious issue involving transparency and consent. When I returned to the store to ask for an explanation, the staff were indifferent and dismissive. The manager, who identified himself as Johnny, stated that they "could not find anything," "did not know," and told me to call 611. The store took no responsibility for what happened. The next day, when I returned the unused and unopened device, the staff again attempted to sell me another so-called "free" product. When questioned, they immediately changed their explanation and admitted there would be fees. This pattern clearly shows a bait-and-switch style sales approach, using "free" offers while minimizing or hiding actual charges. Based on my experience, this store appears to engage in deceptive and potentially fraudulent sales practices, particularly targeting customers with limited English proficiency. I strongly felt that my language limitation was used against me rather than respected. If you are an immigrant, elderly, or not fluent in English, please be extremely cautious. I strongly recommend avoiding this location.

Any difficulties that I can't fix, the customer service Staff at their brick-and-mortar stores is always well trained to troubleshoot and quickly fix any issues. Product Knowledge is very important, I require my sales counselors to have the most up-to-date knowledge and training in these new and constantly evolving devices. At the cost of about $1,000, each for the cell phones, it's so important that your devices are warrantied. It's also critical that a support staff is 24/7 available for assistance. Whether in person or by telephone I know that I can always get some help, when the phones have issues in the middle of the night. I was very pleased with the service I received at the T-Mobile today I needed some new earbuds. As technology is constantly advancing, I was introduced to the new wireless Beats. They are very interesting and lightweight. I also purchased my usual Plantronics wearable earpiece that I use in my businesses. Thanks so much to the Manager Miguel, for making my visit, an enjoyable learning and Shopping experience. With the Free private parking, I can stop in and impulse shop here at anytime. A team of 2 reps sold me on changing my plan to a promotion for the same amount of money as I was paying and I ended up paying $100 more per month for 3 months. When I went to try and get my old plan back they said they couldn't help me. Call T-mobile support. Which I did and they conducted an investigation and found that they needed to correct this at the store. I went back and was told by the ignorant Manager, Greg, that not only could he not help me but that my husbands NEW phone had a virus and I would need to take it to a tech or get another new phone. What??? My Regional manger is in tomorrow and he will call you. He didn't so i went to the store. He was there hiding in the back and refused to come out and even discuss my issue because he just got back from vacation and had work to catch up on. Who does that! Not even acknowledge the customer or their problem cause he is too busy. I called T-Mobile and they were so sorry that they switch me to another plan paying less than my lesser amount and asked me to always go to a T-Mobile, not a third party retailer. By the way, no virus either. Called T-Mobile and tech support found an app that was downloaded and once removed, everything was fine. The staff is rude, clueless and should not be working for T-Mobile.

The next time I came, though, I worked with Larry. He helped me order my phone and trade in my old one -- the whole process was such a seamless one! Plus Larry provided such great customer service: he is super knowledgeable and has a great demeanor! You can't choose who you work with, but if you get either of them, you're in good hands! Generally, though, when you get there, if it is crowded, make sure you know who's in front of you! Sometimes the staff doesn't keep track of who comes in when because it is so crowded, so the honesty policy kicks in. This happened to me when I came on a weekday night, and the waiting customers had to make a makeshift line because no employee had taken names down. So honesty policy it was!

Then one day after, the speakers, and microphone were disconnected of the computer. I called him again,and he told me his price was again $ 350 plus taxes. In any case yellow pages advertises the charge of $150 per hour, and that does include the commute of the technician to the site.
