I will cancel all my lines from them because I can't trust them at all even the rep said it it was her and she put a note on my account to visit the store again so please ppl don't go there because this place is foul they use your info to provide or charge extra for no reason. I asked for a quote before anything was done and they told me $150. I seemed hesitant and that's when the other worker from inside the office (owner or manager?) came out and tried to convince me it would take a few hours of labor and they would have to apply new thermal gel(I later found out this was not a huge deal). This seemed a little fishy to me so I told them I would think about it and left with my items. Forward to a week later, I ordered a new fan from amazon, costed me $16 and VOILA!, problem fixed in about 40 minutes.
