I love this T-Mobile, but it does get overcrowded! When I first came, I worked with Jonathan, but he's currently out. He was super helpful! The next time I came, though, I worked with Larry. He helped me order my phone and trade in my old one -- the whole process was such a seamless one! Plus Larry provided such great customer service: he is super knowledgeable and has a great demeanor! You can't choose who you work with, but if you get either of them, you're in good hands! Generally, though, when you get there, if it is crowded, make sure you know who's in front of you! Sometimes the staff doesn't keep track of who comes in when because it is so crowded, so the honesty policy kicks in. The voice over on my dad's iphone was turned on again and so annoying which prevented him from using the phone. I usually go to the one on Roosevelt Ave but there's no way to find parking there so luckily its less busy at this location. I spotted Nathalie T. at one of the counters and she assisted my dad with his phone issue. She was quite thorough with explaining and turning off the voice over. I asked about the plans that might benefit for me in the future whenever my Note 1s died and I won't feel bad getting a new phone lol read more

For the most part, Wireless providers as a whole are generally pretty good in providing cellular services. My review of "T-Mobile" is not going to be based on the mobile cellular service or available calling plans. This review is based mainly on the customer service. My wife wanted to look into the different mobile "Hotspot" plans. We were pleasantly greeted by a young man named "Kevin" Kevin took the time to explain all the different "hotspot" devices and the pros and cons for each one. Now my wife had a lot of questions for Kevin, though I thought Kevin was being interrogated by my wife with all her questions. Kevin was cheerful and answered all her questions. In the end she decided not to go with "T-mobile", but I am refreshed to see people like Kevin, very professional, knowledgeable and truly personify what great customer service should be! Now the phones and different accessories were nicely laid out in the store. The place was big, clean and well lit. There is a parking lot around the corner if you can't find parking on Northern Blvd. Once again "Kudos" to Kevin and "T-Mobile" for hiring such a great person to represent your company! read more

I went to this store recently looking for an unlimited data plan. I spoke to Justin, the supervisor, who tried to knock down his competition by claiming Sprint would slow down my speed after I had used 1GB of data. He even said this was stated on Sprint's website. I called Sprint to verify his claims and the rep told me Justin lied to me. I find Justin's behavior very dishonest and disturbing. He was also very rude and arrogant to my friend. Avoid him like the plague. read more

I went there, because I couldn't place online or over the phone. Spoke to a manager in the store, He said he couldn't waive activation fee but able to work on other promotions. When we were almost done with the order, he points out see it online only and we also had a question about billing cycle and said he will see what he could do but all along he had the answer... and wait until we almost placed to get me the answer. After being a AT&T customer for 4 years I finally decided to switch over to something more affordable. At first I was very sceptical about the information I was going to be given but the rep. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I new what I was being charged and what I was paying for. At the end it all seemed like I've def made the right choice. This is the best mobile service provider I ever had! The manager, Nicole was so knowledgeable and helpful thru out the process of getting rid of at&t, I mean this company is rip off!!! Lol. This is the only T-Mobile I come to!! That's how amazing the customer service is. Everyone is really sweet & efficient. I have a store right by my house but I'd rather drive here because they are that much better. I went recently to upgrade to the X & Hamlet was so helpful & patient. He upgraded my mom & sisters phones as well & answered all of our questions. He even helped my mom change our current plan for a better deal! Both of the employees we spoke to found every excuse they could think of to not process the return. We went back a few days later & spoke with the store manager Jonuel. All i need just one sim care. The while store was in a mess. The representatives were busy at standing and watching without providing help. Behind me, there were three other customers. One left after ten minutes. And, it took me 30Minutes to just get a sim card. I didn't even ask them to do the transfer. read more

as a tmobile customer, I came to this store to renew my phone. I came to the store explicitly asking for a Galaxy S3 phone, but when I got home, I realized I got an out-dated S2. the clerk, by the name of Teresa, denied it and said that she has explained the price difference to me many times already, although I never heard it. I had to pay a $50 restocking fee for the store's mistake. Also, I feel that whenever I ask for something, there can never get a straight answer. it just seems to be very dishonest. Slow service and rude employees. There are honest businesses and there are the shady businesses that will try to up sell and cheat you every chance they get and This is one of them! With fake smiles as their front they prey on the elderly, upgrading my grandparents plan and adding data they don't ever use. I went to this location, Store# 8919, after a having a TERRIBLE experience at Store# 4734 located at 158-19 Northern Boulevard Flushing, NY 11358. I signed in and waited a little bit but as soon as they were able to see me it went quick. I asked a lot of questions and the reps and manager there and were very helpful and informative. The store is 5 times bigger than the cramp store at 158-19 Northern Blvd. If it wasn't for the wait at the beginning I would have given this store 5 stars. I can't stress enough how much better the reps here are than at the other store. I strongly recommend that everyone in the neighborhood go to this location.
