Went here for a staycation because of the free breakfast and indoor pool. Overall, a really great…read moredecision! Pros: - amazing, heated indoor pool. A perfect temperature and very clean. The pool room is pretty small, but when we were there it was easy to get it all to ourselves. The craziest thing is the pool is open until midnight! - really good coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. It was a dark roast and had a lot of flavor. We really appreciated being able to get coffee after dinner, or whenever we wanted - pretty nice location near a lot of shops and restaurants. We were able to see July 4th fireworks from our room - breakfast the first morning of our stay was really good! Omelettes were better than the Holiday Inn Express, and the sausages were restaurant quality. The staff was on top of it, stocking everything constantly. Good selection of juices and the waffle station makes the best hotel breakfast waffles with a lot of flavor. We appreciated that there were hashbrowns as well - staff was really kind and were always very helpful - clean, reasonably modern rooms with the BEST hotel TV I've ever used. It was very responsive and fast, without any of the usual frustrations. It also has streaming services you can sign in to. If you don't want to sign in, you can use Tubi or Pluto for free on demand movies, which is amazing. There are also free games to play together which is cool. - very quiet overall, even during the holiday weekend. We barely heard anyone else in the hotel except at the pool and at breakfast Cons: - 2nd day breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to the first day. Standard buffet scrambled eggs with little flavor, and no meat or potatoes! Just some biscuits and gravy, which were fine, but no comparison to bacon or sausage. My gf and I felt that, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, the breakfast options here aren't as good when there is no meat. The meat and omelettes were much better here than they are there, but when we had none, we realized the other options were pretty lacking. No good pastries like the cinnamon bun at HI, and limited yogurt, granola, and cereal options. If I was to pick one for consistent breakfast offerings, I would probably pick HIE. - weird $12 parking fee is kind of annoying and subtracts some of the affordability away from this place - rooms were kind of small, I felt, compared to a Holiday Inn Express, and the tv was a bit small. Not really a big issue though

If this review were based on CJ alone, I would give 5 stars. He had excellent customer service, was…read moreprofessional, helpful, and did the best he could while clearly working without enough support. But based on the hotel itself, this would be 0 stars. The room was extremely unclean. The refrigerator, microwave, counters, remote, door handle, and multiple other surfaces were dirty and sticky. My mom's room also had a blood stain on the sheets. We were handed cleaning supplies because the room was so dirty that I ended up cleaning parts of it myself. Check-in was delayed even though rooms were supposed to be ready at 3 PM. On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst. CJ deserves recognition, but the hotel itself needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and management. All the manager said was she'll talk to someone about it

If you want to lose your money and have your guests leave early then choose this place. It was embarrassing. Never again, and everyone who attended will never book this place either.

Hung up 1st time prematurely (dad was still in midst of searching), called again to leave message and 3rd time to leave message disregarding the message as the wallet was located. She was rude that I had called "so late" and 3 or 4 times in a row. I explained my situation and told her I wasn't trying to bother her, but I was calling her business line and not personal contact or residence. She continued to be rude. Told her to expect reviews online. She wouldn't give me her name, even after several requests. Instead she hung up. By no means will this business receive our consideration and I will let others know as well. This is very unprofessional and I will make sure to follow through with online / social media reviews to warn others.

The dream team of Ravi and Kulvir were amazing. They made my wedding so memorable and beautiful, more than what I expected of Imagined. Ravi is an artist and so talented with her decorating skills. She understands your vision and brings it to life. They were professional, communicated so well, they were funny and kind. They literally took care of all aspects of the wedding so My fiance and I didn't have to worry the day of. It was breathtaking. I can't say enough great things about Venue and the team. Let's also not forget the food that was provided! It was beyond delicious. I seriously though, it's venue catering, how good can it be? They proved me wrong. Every single guest had nothing but Great things to say about the food. From the appetizers, dinner, drinks to the desserts. We also opted for the french fry bar. It was unique and awesome. The servers were so sweet and very helpful as well, very intuitive. We had the best wedding ever. Thank you Ravi, Kulvir and Sonny!

We had a tasting of what was served and spoke directly with the chef! We had chosen wings, chicken masala, and prime rib to center our dining offerings. The food was very tasty and rib roast excellent. Coordination of our photos, Goldenstar, and Elvis entertainer was all handled well. The decorations and colorful lighting were excellent for our occasion. I would have given Veranda 5 stars, but for some inconvenience caused by sitting 10 people next to the large white columns. It would have been better if only 8 were assigned to those tables. But to put together such a large event, The Veranda delivered a very elegant and tasteful experience. A big thank you!
