On top of that, there were barking dogs and a basketball team running through the halls making noise late at night and again early in the morning. Staff tried to excuse the barking by saying someone was near the door, but if guests bring dogs to a hotel they should not be disturbing everyone else. The office manager was also not pleasant and came off dismissive when I asked a simple question about a 30-minute late checkout. Breakfast was disappointing and below the standard I normally expect from Hilton properties. I've stayed at multiple Hilton properties recently, and this was by far the worst.
