I went in there to replace my i phone battery. came back in an hour phone was ready The lady asked if i was paying cash.I said yes. She said 75.00 i gave here 80.00 she started to hand me back 5.00 dollars change But i asked for a receipt She then said it will be 81.00 and some change i forgot the exact number because it was about to change again. She printed me a receipt and asked for more money 87.04 I paid it and left. when i got to the car i noticed it was a capital one visa receipt. i went back in showed her the receipt I reminded her i paid cash (She told me that is a cash Receipt I don't know what it does it that way ) i had no name on it but capital one visa all over it. Had multiple issues with the screen replacement screen would lock up and freeze took it back to them. They said I had to make it happen in front of them in order for them to do something about it lol furthermore battery life after their screen replacement was terrible. Do not take your iPhone here. I had a cracked screen on a 15 Pro. Quoted with a "premium" aftermarket screen for $179. When I got the screen, the resolution was off, featuring an extended black border. I asked them about this, and they stated it was due to the aftermarket screen. While this was occurring, a lady entered, asking for a "Fernando," who apparently had told her previously that he would buy used phones. The employee I was dealing with turned to his coworker, asked if his name was Fernando, to which he said no. The lady then left, and the employee quickly ran after her as she went outside. He then came back, offered me a free screen protector to compensate for the border issues I was having. I accepted and left. An hour later, the screen stopped working, no longer accepting inputs. I went back in and the employee stated that a phone restart would fix this. That was besides the point. I asked for my old screen to be put back on and for a refund. He stated they DO NOT DO REFUNDS, and instead offered me an aftermarket screen upgrade. Not sure what this is, since I had a "premium" screen installed. I declined and had my old screen re-installed. He then told me he would refund the premium screen that was just taken off, but asked to charge for labor. I said to charge whatever he needs to, but that I was going to dispute any transaction with my credit card company. In the end, I left with an unknown transaction cost, the same broken screen and a ton of wasted time. Please look elsewhere or just spend the money with an authorized dealer. read more

The worst service I've dealt with in a long time. I dropped off my Samsung tablet for a screen repair on Monday morning. I was told it would be complete within 24-48 hours. I called the next day and they told me they just ordered the part and it would be delivered the next day. I called at 6pm the next day expecting to pick it up and they told me they still haven't ordered the part yet and could be another 3-5 days. Their lack of communication and carefree attitude gave me the impression they cared less about customer service. The female working the front counter was rude and dismissive. I went in and picked up my tablet and refund and already scheduled the work to be done elsewhere. With service like this, iPhone Doctor will not be in business long. I would highly recommend anyone considering going here for repairs, go somewhere else. Edit after readying the response from Jose: At no time was it ever mentioned that I had an Ipad. When I called to ask about the repair, I notified the woman who answered the phone that it was a Galaxy Tab S8 and I was told 24-48 hours to get the new screen and a couple hours to replace it. When I dropped off the Galaxy Tab S8, they seen it in person and still quoted me it would be 24-48 hours. They knew it was not an iPad after seeing the tablet in person. I called at the end of each day, starting the 2nd day, to find out the status. They told me they had not even ordered the part yet which is why I went to go pick it up and have it repaired somewhere else. At no time did I raise my voice or become vulgar with your staff. I simply went in to pick up my item, receive a refund and took it somewhere else where they were able to repair it the next day. As you do not seem to be very well versed in Samsung products, the Tab S8 was launched in February 2022 and I purchased the item new in November 2022. The Tab S8 is not an "old tablet from 5 years ago." This comment just proves your incompetence when it comes to Samsung product. I took my phone in to get my screen fixed only charged me $100. Everything was fine then a day later i noticed my phone battery dying fast. Now my battery has been getting worse and worse everyday. The shop itself is ok. It's not a 5 star review because I couldn't fix my issue at this location. I needed my camera lens (glass) fixed on my iPhone 13 Pro but they didn't have the part in stock. They were able to order it but they said it would've taken 1-3 days, which was no issue. Issue became when after 5 days the part did not come in. They didn't call me to tell me, I had to go to the store. They also told me that they couldn't fix the phone there, that I would have to go to their other store on Rancho (not a big deal) to have it fixed. Minus that, I would come here for other issues on older products if needed. My issue was resolved and I didn't have to pay through the nose to donut. read more

Not gonna lie, the reviews almost made me not even go to this location. But this place is on point!! I walk in and ask to get my charging port repaired, cause it's not taking a charge. Owner says, I'll clean it, it's just $25. I told him no, rather just fix it now, then have to come back. He replies, I'll just bet you the $25. BET! Cleans it, plugs it into a charger cable, then moves the cable to show me no dead areas!! So I lost, and tipped him $10 for not trying to gouge me on the repair instead. 10 minutes I was in the store. Definitely recommend! read more

First off i told my husband to check reviews before he just goes somewhere. This place is ridiculous the young man that works in the store is always looking like a dear in headlights. Then he's in the store watching movies and playing video games. We drop my husbands phone off at 2 pm the store closes at 7 pm. Why was the phone not started on within that timeframe. Then the next day we call to check status they haven't even started yet. It seems like they are last min and do rush jobs. Why is the customer constantly calling for updates. I dropped my iPad and it was completely shattered. I took it in and was told it would take 3-5 days, got it back in 3 days. No problems. It's the Apple iPad 12.9 pro 4th generation for reference. The screen looks beautiful again and my iPad works great. Reading the other reviews I'm confused how they've had issues. But maybe since mine was an iPad and not a phone? It also was still working properly when I brought it in so maybe that helped as well. Regardless I would go back and use them again. The pricing was reasonable compared to Apple since I didn't have that Apple care insurance. When I called Apple they wanted almost $700 to fix it. I was charged $245 so much better deal. Horrible service. They have no customer service skills here, especially the heavier set one that was giving orders to the teenage kids they employed here. The lady that was on the heavier side, compare the business to McDonald's like cheap price for cheap quality service. They don't diagnose issues here. Had to make three trips to get my sons phone to work, older phone iPhone 8 should be easier to diagnose, first they changed the button and when I picked up the button didn't work, then they said the screen needed to be replaced so I had to come back a third time. Overall spent $100, not too much but the service that lady gives is horrible. She needs to get a job that doesn't involve talking to the public because she has horrible customer service skills. I went here to have my iPhone (hopefully) repaired- the charging port wasn't working. I was told at time of service, if cleaning the port fixes it, I will be charged. If it does not, I will not be charged. It seemed to work at first, but when I got in my car and drove away, the issue persisted. I returned a couple of days later to request a refund, and he refused. He said that I could have a checkup done, but the service was already completed. I reiterated the promise he made that if the issue was not fixed, I would not have to pay for the service, and this young man also pointed out that I should have then done the cleaning myself. TLDR: Terrible customer service and they can't do their one job which is to fix phones. I wish I could give them a 0 star, but a 1 star will do. We went the first time to get a screen replaced, it went great. However, the second time I went was to replace another screen. They kept my phone for a day. When I went back to get it the screen was blacking out constantly. I gave it back to them, and they kept it for another day. When we went back my phone wouldn't turn on in general. They said that my battery magically exploded, so they kept it for another day. When I got it back, it wouldn't charge so we took it back again. I finally got it back the next day and the screen was still blacking out. However, they lost my case. They gave me a new one that doesn't fit. Then when they gave me my original case it was for the wrong phone. I am never going back and you should never go either. Genuinely if I could I would give this place negative stars. TLDR: They are terrible at treating their customers and doing their one job which is to fix iPhones read more
